It should be done. What is the water element? There is an external water element, and there is also an internal water element. Among them, what is the internal water element? For this body, water and the water element's bile, phlegm, pus, blood, brain, marrow, saliva, mucus, snot, synovial fluid, joints, and urine, all that is taken in are the internal water element. So, what is the external water element? Whatever is outside the body's water element is like this: water and the water element's oil, milk, yogurt, cheese, sugar, the taste of trees, wine, dregs, sugar wine, flower wine, whatever can be taken in of the water element outside the body, these are the external water element. So, what is the internal fire element? For this body, whatever is the warmth of the complexion of beings, whatever is taken in, makes this body warm, scorching, feverish, completely burned, and the things eaten, drunk, chewed, and tasted by it can fully ripen, this is the internal fire element. So, what is the external fire element? Whatever is the burning of fire, the burning of the sun, the burning of jewels, and the warmth of grains, medicines, trees, grass, the warmth of heavy objects, the warmth of dusters, these are the external fire element. So, what is the internal wind element? Whatever wind runs upward in this body, wind that runs downward, undigested wind, wind that runs in the limbs and subtle limbs, these are the internal winds. So, what is the external wind? Whatever wind truly runs outside, various winds that run, wind that runs upward, cold and warm storms, and many half-winds, and the wind that supports the earth, and any external wind element, these are the external wind element. Thus, these four great elements, external and internal, are called the container world. What is this a container for? It is a container for the five aggregates of clinging. Monks, whatever is liked, rejoiced in, or loved about these four great elements, external and internal,

Or attachment, or clinging, or vastness, or considering as mine, or considering as my own, all these should be abandoned, and each should be learned separately. Whether past, future, or present, external or internal, gross or subtle, inferior or superior, far or near, the four great elements, all these should be learned separately in the same way. Whether the four great elements, none of them are mine, nor am I theirs, nor are they mine, one should thus truly contemplate with correct wisdom as it is. Monks, whatever monk cultivates these four great elements with such steadfastness through correct wisdom, the monk who intensely focuses his mind cuts off the stream of craving, decay, and bodily bonds, and attains the end of suffering. Monks, this is the receptacle world. Monks, what is the aggregate world? The five aggregates of grasping are called aggregates. What are the five? Namely, the aggregate of grasping form, feeling, perception, formation, and the aggregate of grasping consciousness. Monks, this is the aggregate world. Monks, all sentient beings who are truly gathered by the collection of sentient beings, all these are gathered and associated with these aggregates, this is called the aggregate world. Monks, regarding these five aggregates of grasping, whether liking, joy, love, attachment, vastness, considering as mine, considering as my own, all these should be abandoned, and each should be learned separately.

All are not mine, I am not those, those are not mine, like this, observe with true wisdom as it is, this is called, monks, the vessel world and the conditioned world. Then, the Bodhisattva Samantaprabha gathered in that retinue and sat, he spoke to the Bodhisattva Skandha-nirbhaga: Venerable Skandha-nirbhaga, the Blessed One has taught these five skandhas in the world as follows: the skandha of form, the skandha of feeling, the skandha of perception, the skandha of formation, and the skandha of consciousness. Venerable, what are those five skandhas like? What is the skandha of form? Is it that the desire realm eye is separated from the desire for form and truly enters, and the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind also truly enter the cessation of the eye and form? Or is it that the eye of the form realm and the formless realm is separated from the desire for form and truly enters, and similarly, what is it that the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are separated from the desire for form and truly enter? Is it that the skandha of form is the desire realm eye separated from the desire for form and truly enters, and the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind also truly enter the separation from the desire for the eye and form, and the form realm and the formless realm eye are separated from the desire for form and truly enter? Or are feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness the desire realm eye separated from the desire for form and truly enter, and the form realm and the formless realm eye separated from the desire for form and truly enter? Is it the past skandha of form? The eye is separated from the desire for form and truly enters, and the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are between the eye? Or is it that the form realm and the formless realm eye are separated from the desire for form and truly enter? Or do feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness truly enter? Or the skandha of form that is currently arising
