为了在此佛土中所有王族善行的缘故，献上这些守护国土、心不退转的陀罗尼。为了完全守护国土，在此不退转轮之大陀罗尼咒语的威光和力量下，未来之时，在此佛土中，所有王族善国王，一切外敌皆不能侵犯，一切外敌皆平息并自行退却，身语意之业极其调伏，被贤者们赞颂称扬，完全舍弃罪恶之法，恒常精勤于善法，恒常舍弃恶见和邪念，以稳固的精进努力于大乘，使成为法器的无量无数众生完全成熟，不随从他人的见解，成为具有智慧自性者，精勤圆满六度波罗蜜多的珍宝宝藏，从而完全舍弃愤怒、吝啬、嫉妒等一切烦恼垢染，将被一切人与非人等以恭敬之心救护，对诸事不忘失，以欢喜四摄之事物而不舍弃众生，恒常不离成为佛法的容器、福德之田。又，薄伽梵告语天之精华：你于未来之时，为了在此佛土中，国王王族善人守护国土的缘故，说此不退转轮心要之大陀罗尼咒语。为了完全守护国土，以此不退转轮心要之大陀罗尼咒语的力量和威光，未来之时，在此佛土中，一切国王王族善人，从一切外敌皆不能侵犯，如是广说直至不离一切佛与佛之眷属而守护，说此。之后，大梵天天的精华为了完全守护国土

For the sake of all the virtuous deeds of the royal family in this Buddha-field, I offer these dharanis that protect the country and whose minds do not turn back. For the sake of completely protecting the country, by the glory and power of this great dharani mantra called 'The Wheel of Non-Regression', in the future, in this Buddha-field, all the virtuous kings of the royal family will not be attacked by all external enemies, and all external enemies will be pacified and retreat on their own. Their actions of body, speech, and mind will be extremely disciplined, praised and extolled by the wise. They will completely abandon sinful dharmas, always diligently engage in virtuous dharmas, always abandon evil views and evil inclinations, and diligently strive with steadfast effort in the Great Vehicle. They will completely ripen the immeasurable and countless sentient beings who have become vessels, and without following the opinions of others, they will become those with the nature of wisdom. By diligently perfecting the treasure trove of the six perfections, they will completely abandon all defilements of affliction such as anger, miserliness, and jealousy. They will be protected with reverence by all humans and non-humans, and they will not forget their tasks. They will not abandon sentient beings with joy in the four objects of gathering, and they will always be inseparable from being a vessel of Dharma and a field of merit. Furthermore, the Bhagavan spoke to the essence of the gods: In the future, for the sake of protecting the country of kings and virtuous royal families in this Buddha-field, recite this great dharani mantra called 'The Essence of the Wheel of Non-Regression'. For the sake of completely protecting the country, by the power and glory of this great dharani mantra called 'The Essence of the Wheel of Non-Regression', in the future, in this Buddha-field, all virtuous kings of the royal family, from being unassailable by all external enemies, and so on, extensively, until they are protected without being separated from all Buddhas and the retinues of Buddhas, speak this. 于是宣说了名为“不退转轮心”的大陀罗尼之语。 达地雅塔。 牟尼牟日。 牟那嘎尔贝。 牟尼克里达耶。 牟尼若嘎比匝列。 牟尼哈列德。 牟尼嘎美。 舒克拉巴克谢。 巴拉拉巴克谢。 弥拉巴克谢。 索吾日萨克里德。 托拉纳克里匝列。 巴达嘎夏克里德。 库库拉弥列。 阿巴克谢萨拉。 噢达哈克里巴牟尼巴塔瓦 梭哈。 大梵天神之心宣说了这些陀罗尼后，又向薄伽梵如此禀告： 薄伽梵，请您与众多眷属一起，随喜我所说的这个大陀罗尼。 薄伽梵说：“好啊，好啊！” 所有的众多眷属也说：“好啊，好啊！” 之后，薄伽梵在那时对具寿大目犍连和菩萨摩诃萨弥勒菩萨如此说道： 善男子，你应受持大梵天神之心所献上的，为了守护整个国土的名为“不退转轮心”的大陀罗尼之语。 未来之时，在这个佛土中，也应为所有的王族善王广为宣说。 以此为因，以此为缘，王族善王及其所有眷属，以及居住在那国土中的所有人民，都将获得利益和安乐。 恒常转法轮，极其著名，变得光彩夺目，摧毁恶见，建立正见，守护法眼，使三宝的种姓不绝，成熟无量无数的众生，对大乘的信心极其坚定，长久安住于修习六波罗蜜多，断除一切障碍，迅速成就究竟之位。 之后，薄伽梵为了阐明这些意义，宣说了这些偈颂： 当时大梵天神之心， 向二足尊胜如此请问： 根器锐利之众生， 静虑禅修及福德，

Then, these words of the great dharani called "The Essence of the Irreversible Wheel" were spoken: Tadyatha. Muni Mori. Muna Garbhe. Muni Kilidhaye. Muni Roga Bicale. Muni Halite. Muni Game. Shukla Pakshe. Palaala Pakshe. Mrila Pakshe. Souri Sakriti. Torana Kritzale. Pataga Shakrite. Kukula Mrille. Apaksha Sara. Odaha Kiliba Muni Pathava Svaha. After the heart of the great Brahma god spoke these dharanis, he also said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, please rejoice in this great dharani that I have spoken, together with the many retinues. The Bhagavan said, "Good, good!" All the many retinues also said, "Good, good!" Then, at that time, the Bhagavan said to the venerable Maha Maudgalyayana and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Maitreya: Son of good family, you should hold as a dharani these words of the great dharani called "The Essence of the Irreversible Wheel," which was offered by the heart of the great Brahma god for the protection of the entire country. In the future, in this Buddha-field, you should also widely proclaim it to all the virtuous kings of the royal family. By this cause and by this condition, the virtuous kings of the royal family and all their retinues, and all the people living in that country, will be benefited and happy. They will always turn the wheel of Dharma, be very famous, become glorious, destroy evil views, establish right views, protect the eye of Dharma, maintain the lineage of the Three Jewels without interruption, fully ripen immeasurable and countless sentient beings, have very firm faith in the Great Vehicle, abide in the practice of the six perfections for a long time, cut off all obscurations, and quickly attain the ultimate state.
