་། དེ་དག་ལ་ཐ་བ་དང་། ཞེ་སྡང་བསྐྱེད་པ་དང་། ཕྲག་དོག་དང་། སེར་སྣ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ལ་ཚིག་རྩུབ་པོ་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། ཆོས་ལ་ཆོས་མ་ལགས་ཞེས་བགྱིས་པ་དང་། ཆོས་མ་ལགས་པ་ལ་ཆོས་ལགས་ཞེས་བགྱིས་པ་དེ་དག་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཁྱེན་པར་གྱུར་པ། སྤྱན་དུ་གྱུར་པ། དཔང་དུ་གྱུར་པ། ཚད་མར་གྱུར་པ། མཁྱེན་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ། གཟིགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་དག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་སོ། །མཐོལ་ལོ། །མི་འཆབ་པོ། །སླན་ཆད་ཀྱང་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །བདག་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་གང་གིས་བསྒྲིབས་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དང་། དུད་འགྲོའི་སྐྱེ་གནས་དང་། ཡི་དགས་ཀྱི་ཡུལ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་གྱི་ཚོགས་ ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་མཆི་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་དང་། ཆོས་དང་། དགེ་འདུན་མཉེས་པར་བགྱིད་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། མི་ཁོམ་པ་རྣམས་སུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་བའི་ལས་དེ་ལུས་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་ཏེ་གཞན་དུ་མི་མྱོང་བར་ཤོག་ཤིག །དེ་ཡང་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མཁྱེན་པར་གྱུར་པ། སྤྱན་དུ་གྱུར་པ། དཔང་དུ་གྱུར་པ། ཚད་མར་གྱུར་པ། མཁྱེན་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ། གཟིགས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་དག་གི་སྤྱན་སྔར་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་སོ། །མཐོལ་ལོ། །མི་འཆབ་བོ། །སླན་ཆད་ཀྱང་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་སྔོན་གྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་སྔོན་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་སྤྱོད་པ་ན་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་སོ་སོར་བཤགས་པ་དང་། མ་བཅབས་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་ཀྱང་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་སོ། །མཐོལ་ལོ། །མི་འཆབ་བོ། །སླན་ཆད་ཀྱང་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྤྱད་པ་སྤྱོད་པ་ན་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། མི་འཆབ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་ཀྱང་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་སོ། །མཐོལ་ལོ། །མི་འཆབ་བོ། །སླན་ཆད་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་ད་ལྟར་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ཕྱིར་སྤྱོད་པ་ན་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་པ་དང་། མི་འཆབ་པ་དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བདག་ཀྱང་ལས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམས་སོ་སོར་འཆགས་སོ། །མཐོལ་ལོ། །མི་འཆབ་བོ། །སླན་ཆད་མི་བགྱིད་དོ། །ཇི་ལྟར་འདས་པ་དང་། མ་འོངས་པ་དང་། ད་ལྟར་བྱུང་བའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་དག་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྤྱད་པ་སྤྱོད་པ་ན་ལ

那些對佛不敬，生起嗔恨，嫉妒和慳吝之心，對諸佛薄伽梵說粗惡語，說法非法，說非法是法，那些諸佛薄伽梵是知者，是眼目，是證人，是量，具有知，具有見者，在彼等跟前各自懺悔，發露，不隱藏，今後也不再造作。我以業障所障蔽，將往生地獄有情，旁生之處，餓鬼之境，非天眾中，不能令諸佛，法，僧歡喜，將生於無暇之處的業，願在此身成熟，不於他處感受。那些諸佛薄伽梵是知者，是眼目，是證人，是量，具有知，具有見者，在彼等跟前各自懺悔，發露，不隱藏，今後也不再造作。如昔之菩薩摩訶薩們，往昔為菩提之故行持時，各自懺悔業障，不隱藏，如是，我亦各自懺悔業障，發露，不隱藏，今後也不再造作。如未來時之菩薩摩訶薩們，行持菩薩行時，將各自懺悔業障，將不隱藏，如是，我亦各自懺悔業障，發露，不隱藏，今後也不再造作。如現在十方世界中，菩薩摩訶薩們為菩提之故行持時，各自懺悔業障，不隱藏，如是，我亦各自懺悔業障，發露，不隱藏，今後不再造作。如過去，未來，現在出現的菩薩摩訶薩們，行持菩薩行時,

Those who, with minds arising from disrespect, hatred, jealousy, and stinginess towards them, have spoken harsh words to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and have said that the Dharma is not Dharma, and have said that what is not Dharma is Dharma, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who are knowers, who are eyes, who are witnesses, who are measures, who possess knowledge, who possess sight, before them I confess each and every one. I admit it. I do not conceal it. And I will not do it again in the future. May the karma that obscures me with karmic obscurations, that will cause me to go to the hell realms of sentient beings, to the realm of animals, to the realm of pretas, and to the assembly of asuras, and that will not cause me to please the Buddhas, the Dharma, and the Sangha, and that will cause me to be born in unfavorable places, may that karma ripen in this very body and not be experienced elsewhere. Those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who are knowers, who are eyes, who are witnesses, who are measures, who possess knowledge, who possess sight, before them I confess each and every one. I admit it. I do not conceal it. And I will not do it again in the future. Just as the Bodhisattvas, the great beings of the past, when they practiced for the sake of enlightenment in the past, confessed their karmic obscurations individually and did not conceal them, so too, I confess my karmic obscurations individually. I admit it. I do not conceal it. And I will not do it again in the future. Just as the Bodhisattvas, the great beings of the future, when they practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva, will confess their karmic obscurations individually and will not conceal them, so too, I confess my karmic obscurations individually. I admit it. I do not conceal it. And I will not do it again in the future. Just as now, in the ten directions of the world, the Bodhisattvas, the great beings, when they practice for the sake of enlightenment, confess their karmic obscurations individually and do not conceal them, so too, I confess my karmic obscurations individually. I admit it. I do not conceal it. And I will not do it again in the future. Just as the Bodhisattvas, the great beings, who have appeared in the past, future, and present, when they practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva,
