Abandon laziness. Please the leader who possesses the ten powers. Whoever sweeps away the old flowers in the stupa, he will be transformed into a beautiful and pure body. Many people Will be worthy of offerings and worthy of being seen. The king will not have thoughts of harming him. In the past, if people swept away the withered flowers offered to the Blessed One's stupa, they would cut off all the paths of evil destinies. The Bodhisattva abides in the aggregate of discipline. Whoever sweeps away the old flowers in the stupa, he will abandon caution, sorrow, and faults. He will completely abandon many diseases without exception. In immeasurable kalpas, he will obtain excellent breath. Whoever sweeps away the old flowers in the stupa, he will become an incomparable place of giving, and attain Buddhahood. Having attained the incomparable, he will become worthy of offerings from gods and humans. He will possess a pure body, adorned with ornaments. The beautiful heavenly Mandarava flower, who will offer the incomparable lotus? Whoever sweeps away the withered flowers in the stupa, their ripening will be similar, becoming supreme. Whoever sweeps away the old flowers in the stupa, his body will not be harmed by poison, nor will he be harmed by weapons. He will not be harmed by burning flames and radiant great fires. A pile of wealth will not be stolen by thieves. Generating the power of joy and great delight, if one sweeps away the withered flowers in the Blessed One's stupa, the merit accumulated by that person, neither the number nor the part can be easily expressed. Whoever sweeps away the old flowers in the stupa, will be armored with the thirty-two marks. In the human world, he is always happy. Possessing power, he produces a pleasing sound. Whoever sweeps away the old flowers in the stupa, will correctly practice the supreme and beautiful Dharma. His body becomes pure and great. Before long, he will become a Buddha in the world. Generating faith in becoming a Buddha in the world, folding hands and prostrating to the Teacher's stupa, he will be respected as a guru in the world. He will become beautiful and pleasing to the eye. After he obtains kingship through this, gods, nagas, and humans, possessing abundant food, the whole world will bow down. A thousand worlds will flourish. He will obtain power in freedom, and display kingship. Whatever sentient beings dwell in his land, all of them will be placed in the complete wisdom of the Buddha. He will cut off evil destinies.

我亦完全舍弃，彼等成办殊胜之义，成为具福慧、具念、应供养者，获得自在后周游世间。彼之侍从眷属，具悦意音声，如其所愿，彼等生欢喜。不舍众生，宣说寂静之语，于彼，谁亦不能无自在。成为众人大会所应观者，彼之侍从亦具足音韵支分。合掌礼拜佛塔者，布施、善语、义行，以及与义相合者，为众多人而作。纵被詈骂八事，亦不生起嗔怒之实体。合掌礼拜佛塔者，居于天界，成为天主。纵转生为人，亦将成为人王。彼则永不衰损。合掌礼拜佛塔者，彼则永不堕入恶趣。于此世间，彼恒常舍弃欲望，于有财者中富裕，且多宝藏。谁对具功德者说一句，彼则永不使用低劣之咒。不住于人间，亦不作恶行。于彼，众生不厌足，生欢喜。悦意具音之宫殿眷属随行，世间怙主关闭门扉安住之时，谁奋力取花而散布，彼则妆严后得见殊胜之胜者。于自家中，承侍十力，彼之饮食，作善妙之教示。生起信心后，承侍人中之胜者，亦持衣物，奉献于引导者。获得无与伦比之殊胜菩提佛果后，成为具十力且不动摇者，菩提佛陀解脱众生之痛苦，愿于一切世间，成为无与伦比之佛陀。如是之彼之愿文，以及佛陀智慧了知彼心欢喜后，十力作微笑，于一切世间，将成无与伦比之佛陀，如是授记。听闻殊胜士夫之语后，善逝之殊胜语不会改变，我将成为殊胜之胜者，毫无疑惑，如是欢喜满足后，周游一切虚空。成为世间天中之天之佛陀，殊胜。

I also completely abandon, they accomplish the supreme meaning, becoming those with merit and wisdom, mindful, and worthy of offerings, after obtaining freedom, they roam the world. Their attendants and retinue possess pleasing sounds, and as they wish, they bring joy to those around them. They do not abandon sentient beings, they speak words of peace, and no one can be without freedom in their presence. They become worthy of being seen by great assemblies of people, and their attendants also possess excellent qualities of sound and melody. Those who prostrate to stupas with folded hands, giving, speaking sweetly, acting meaningfully, and acting in accordance with meaning, do so for the benefit of many people. Even if scolded with eight kinds of abuse, they do not generate the essence of anger. Those who prostrate to stupas with folded hands, reside in the heavenly realms and become lords of the gods. Even if reborn as humans, they will become kings of men. They will never decline. Those who prostrate to stupas with folded hands, will never fall into the lower realms. In this world, they constantly abandon desires, becoming wealthy among the wealthy, and possessing many treasures. Whoever speaks a single word to those who possess qualities, they will never use inferior mantras. They will not dwell in the human realm, nor will they engage in evil deeds. Sentient beings will not be satiated with them, and will rejoice. Pleasing and melodious palaces and retinues will follow them, and when the protector of the world dwells with closed doors, whoever exerts effort to take flowers and scatter them, they will be adorned and see the supreme Victor. In their own homes, they will serve the ten powers, their food will be offered, and they will teach the excellent Dharma. Having generated faith, they will serve the supreme among men, and will also hold garments and offer them to the guide. Having attained the unsurpassed and supreme enlightenment of Buddhahood, becoming one with the ten powers and unwavering, may the Buddha of enlightenment liberate sentient beings from suffering, may I become an unsurpassed Buddha in all worlds. Like this, their aspiration, and knowing that the wisdom of the Buddha delights their mind, the ten powers smile, and in all worlds, they prophesy that they will become an unsurpassed Buddha. Having heard the words of the supreme noble being, the supreme words of the Sugata will not change, I will become the supreme Victor, without doubt, and rejoicing and being satisfied, they roam throughout all space. Becoming the Buddha, the god of gods in the world, excellent.

圣者无等施处转变，知彼心行与乐处安住，彼具十力故受持，善逝胜者知衣受持，彼则力生极喜心悦，瞻视无等世间怙主，世间佛陀我成生信，度脱生死彼岸诸有情，解脱后众多有为解脱，世间一切盲者我为眼，获光明已消除极暗，如是闻此殊胜利益，花鬘胜幢妙衣与，乐器音声伞及涂香，供养怙主愿成佛。薄伽梵如是语已，诸比丘众，慧清净等菩萨彼等及天人，人与非天，乾闼婆等世间皆欢喜，薄伽梵所说而为赞叹。圣观世音菩萨名号大乘经圆满。印度堪布吉那弥扎（Jinamitra）和达那希拉（Danaśīla），和校正者译师班第耶协德（Ye shes sde）翻译校正，并以新语裁定而确定。 圣观世音菩萨名号大乘经。
