The noble, incomparable place of giving transforms, knowing that their mind dwells in practice and joy, possessing the ten powers, they will receive it. When the Sugata, the supreme one, knows that the garment is received, then strength arises, great joy, and the mind is pleased. Looking upon the incomparable protector of the world, may I become a Buddha in this world, generating faith. May I liberate sentient beings from the other shore of birth and death. Having liberated them, may I liberate many beings from conditioned existence. In all the world, may I become the eye for the blind. Having obtained light, may I dispel the dense darkness. Having heard of these excellent benefits, with garlands of flowers, victory banners, excellent garments, musical sounds, umbrellas, and fragrant incense, may I make offerings to the protector and become a Buddha. The Bhagavan having spoken thus, the assembly of monks, the Bodhisattvas such as those with pure wisdom, and the world with gods, humans, demi-gods, and gandharvas, rejoiced and praised what the Bhagavan had said.
