观想，一切法无所缘是无畏施。 乔尸迦，凡是稍微产生怖畏的，都是缘于观视坏聚见而住。 乔尸迦，凡是无所缘的，就是受持正法。 之后，娑婆世界之主梵天对薄伽梵如是禀告： 薄伽梵，我舍弃安住于无量禅定之乐，无论在村落、城市、市镇、地区、国土、国王宫殿周围，凡是此法类盛行之处，我都会为了听法而前往。 前往之后，我将以正法守护、隐藏和保护那些说法者。 这是为什么呢？ 薄伽梵，因为声闻、独觉、帝释天、梵天、世间守护者和转轮圣王都是由此而生的缘故。 之后，四大天王对薄伽梵如是禀告： 薄伽梵，我们四大天王和薄伽梵的大声闻们，为了使此法类长久住世，将努力守护、隐藏和保护。 我们的眷属中，凡是对佛和佛教不信仰的，我们也会让他们相信，从而努力守护如来教法。 薄伽梵，为了守护那些精进于佛教的比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞和优婆夷，以及其他对薄伽梵的教法具有极大信心并守护的人，我们将念诵这些密咒之语。 通过这些密咒之语，夜叉、罗刹、寻香、人非人、大腹行、瓮形鬼等，以及人和非人，还有其他对佛教怀有嗔恨者，都将被彻底摧毁。 怛[口*也]他。 怛啰吠。 阿啰吠。 阿努吠。 萨啰吠。 呼卢摩诃呼卢。 呼卢呼卢。 阿跋睇。 毗迦睇。 钵哩砌达尼。 尼讫哩帝。

Contemplation: the absence of focus on all dharmas is the gift of fearlessness. Kausika, all those who experience even a little fear arise from focusing and dwelling on the view of the aggregates. Kausika, that which has no focus is the complete upholding of the sacred Dharma. Then, the lord of the world, Brahma, addressed the Blessed One thus: Blessed One, having relinquished the immeasurable bliss of dwelling in meditative absorption, I will go to whatever villages, cities, towns, regions, districts, and royal palaces where this Dharma category is practiced, in order to listen to the Dharma. Having gone there, I will protect, conceal, and guard those who speak the Dharma with Dharma. Why is that? Blessed One, it is because the Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, Indra, Brahma, the protectors of the world, and the Wheel-Turning Kings all arise from this. Then, the Four Great Kings addressed the Blessed One thus: Blessed One, we, the Four Great Kings, and the great Hearers of the Blessed One, will strive to protect, conceal, and guard this Dharma category so that it may long endure. We will also make those of our retinue who do not have faith in the Buddha and the Buddha's teachings believe, so that they will strive to protect the teachings of the Tathagata. Blessed One, for the sake of protecting those monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen who are diligent in the Buddha's teachings, and also those who have great faith in the Blessed One's teachings and protect them, we will recite these secret mantra words. Through these secret mantra words, yakshas, rakshasas, gandharvas, non-human beings, great belly-crawlers, kumbhandas, and so forth, as well as humans and non-humans, and others who harbor hatred towards the Buddha's teachings, will be utterly destroyed. The two replied: "Blessed One, after the Blessed One has passed into complete Nirvana, we two will uphold this Dharma class and widely proclaim it. This Dharma class will pass into the hands of those who preach the Dharma and those sons or daughters of good families who cultivate roots of virtue. In order that they may believe in and uphold this Sutra, we will take hold of their minds. Blessed One, in future times, whoever hears this Dharma class, and having heard it, upholds it, recites it, understands it, and those who uphold it, should know that it is the blessing of Bodhisattva Maitreya and Bodhisattva Ratnachuda." Please do not speak of such a category of Dharma that will bring sorrow and pain. The Blessed One said: Wicked one, many are those beings like you who do not like this profound Dharma, and few are those beings who like it. Do not grieve, do not lament! Wicked one, for example, as many beings as the dust taken from the earth will like this profound category of Dharma. As many beings as the dust of the earth do not like this profound category of Dharma, and all of them are like you. The realm of limitless beings is like you, so wicked one, be happy! When this category of Dharma was spoken, immeasurable beings truly entered into enlightenment. Ninety-two thousand bodhisattvas attained the tolerance of non-arising Dharma. Eighty-four thousand beings attained the Dharma eye, which is without dust, without stain, and completely pure, in all dharmas. Eight thousand monks, without attachment, their minds were completely liberated from all defilements. This three-thousand great thousand world system shook in six ways and was filled with great light, and a rain of divine flowers fell. Hundreds of thousands of musical instruments played themselves without being plucked. Countless billions of hundreds of thousands of gods in the sky above said: Alas! We have seen the Blessed One turn the wheel of Dharma twice in Jambudvipa. After the Blessed One demonstrated and spoke this category of Dharma, whatever benefits he does for beings, here, in the city of Cakranagara (चक्रनगर, cakranagara, Wheel City), turning the wheel of Dharma and completely maturing beings is the most excellent! Whoever holds, recites, reads, and fully understands this category of Dharma, and widely teaches it to others, even writing it on a book, those beings who hold it will also turn the wheel of Dharma, this is especially to be said, especially to be said!
