is the activity of doing good. The perfection of meditation is to make it without regret and close to peace. The perfection of wisdom is to make all its dharmas completely pure. The perfection of skillful means is to accomplish both benefits. The perfection of aspiration is to make its wishes truly fulfilled. The perfection of strength is to completely destroy all its afflictions. The perfection of wisdom is to make its wisdom unobstructed in the three times. Loving-kindness is to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings. Compassion is to relieve the suffering of all sentient beings. Joy is to make them rejoice and be happy. Equanimity is to abandon subsequent attachment and anger. Truthful speech is to make it not deceive all the world, these dragon kings are the color of the inexhaustible treasure chest dharani is the body. Any Bodhisattva who rejoices in the joy of the Dharma with this dharani is like a king becoming the leader among the retinue of queens. It is also like a gathering peak casting clouds of Dharma. Like the Dragon King sending down heavy rain, it is also like manifestly proclaiming the thunder of Dharma. Like Indra, it is also like sending down the great rain of Dharma in due season. Like a hero acting against an enemy army, it is also like making all heretics afraid. Like a stream of water acting on fire, it is also like completely pacifying all afflictions. Like the wind acting on a full bladder, it is also like subduing all demons. Like a mother acting towards a child, it is also like being in harmony with all sentient beings. Like the earth not moving with objects, it is also like not being moved by pleasure and pain. Like the wind acting on the leaves of trees, it is also like causing all attacks from others to waver. Like Vaishravana possessing all treasures, it is also like generously giving the wealth of Dharma. Just like the wish-fulfilling jewel called "Essence of the Arrangement of All Beings," it is also like fulfilling the wishes of all sentient beings. Dragon King, in this way, a Bodhisattva abiding in the inexhaustible treasury of the dharani is said to abide in the heart of enlightenment. Dragon King, just as the great ocean is the source of all great jewels and the treasury of all jewels, so too, a Bodhisattva abiding in the inexhaustible treasury of the dharani is the source of all dharmas and the treasury of all dharmas. It is in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Immaculate Hand Buddha, in the supreme and sacred world-realm, it is called "Conforming to the World." Here, what are Loving-kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Equanimity? They are in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Meaning Accomplished Buddha, in the virtuous world-realm, they are called "Benefit, Agreeable, Tolerable, and Peaceful from Both." Here, what are Suffering, Origin, Cessation, and Path? They are in the Buddha-field of the Tathagata Glorious Protector Buddha, in the world-realm without reproach, they are called "Root, Following the Root, Exhaustion of the Root, and Becoming Peaceful of the Root."
