Third, the chapter on the inexhaustible food storehouse dharani. Third, the chapter on the inexhaustible food storehouse dharani. Then, the Dragon King Ocean addressed the Blessed One as follows: Blessed One, are worldly generosity, taming, good restraint, contentment, renunciation, the words of definite renunciation, pure conduct, discipline, learning, mindfulness, the qualities of cultivation, and the words of reducing possessions not the words of the Buddha? The Blessed One replied: Lord of the Nagas, whatever Dharma the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, will arise for, and for the sake of ceasing, those who are not born, those who practice in the three realms, those who are not determined to renounce, all of these are worldly, and those are not the words of the Buddha. What are those? For example, the four meditations, the four immeasurables, the four formless absorptions, the five superknowledges, the ten virtuous paths of action, and worldly generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, knowledge, letters, numbers, counting, arithmetic, knowledge of origins, mantras, medicine, healing, knowledge of crafts and industries, with signs, with purposes, with defilements, with transience, with substances, and whatever is worldly and practices in the three realms, all of these are not the words of the Buddha. Lord of the Nagas, the Dharma that the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, will arise for, which was heard from what was not previously heard, What are these? For example, the meaning of impermanence, the meaning of suffering, the meaning of selflessness, the meaning of peace, the meaning of fully understanding suffering, the meaning of abandoning arising, the meaning of realizing cessation, the meaning of cultivating the path, the meaning of meditating on emptiness, the meaning of definitely transcending through signlessness, the meaning of definitely renouncing through wishlessness, without fabrication, unborn, and the meaning of unarisen, the four mindfulnesses, and right

Pride and, the feet of miracles, faculties, powers, limbs of enlightenment, path and tranquility, and the meaning of insight, the meaning of naturally unborn as it is, the meaning of the emptiness of aggregates, elements, and sources, after realizing which dharma, not distinguishing between dharmas and non-dharmas, and thoroughly knowing that all dharmas cannot be manifestly established in appearance, and those who have attained the unarisen, the unceased, the impermanent, and dependent arising, and those who have attained naturally being free from desire, thus entering into true certainty by seeing the unconditioned dharma, and in the certainty of dharmas, also being free from all non-thinking, thinking, discriminating, and comprehensive thinking, without decrease and without increase, without darkness and without light, attaining equality with the nature of space, and the characteristic of self-nature, the characteristic of equality, non-characteristic, non-non-characteristic, one characteristic in non-characteristic, being free from all perceptions, without awareness, all feelings being cut off, and seeing the equality of inverted views, this is called attaining the fruit through the gate of terminology, but in ultimate truth it is not, and by that, there is no attainment of anything, and there is also no non-attainment, there is no taking and no abandoning. King of Nagas, thus, what are the dharmas of definite emergence that are shown and explained, by which the Shravakas attain the wisdom of the Shravakas, the Pratyekabuddhas attain the wisdom of the Pratyekabuddhas, the Bodhisattvas attain forbearance towards the unborn dharmas, and the Tathagatas become fully enlightened to the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, this is called the Buddha's word. However, this relies on the basis of conventional truth, but in ultimate truth, in no way can the Buddha's word be established in terminology, the Buddha's word is without words, the Buddha's word is without speech, without sound, without the path of words, unspeakable, without discrimination, not to be established.

Without location, without name, without characteristics, without differentiation, without consciousness, inconceivable, entering into the inconceivable. It cannot be well distinguished, cannot be spoken, cannot be indicated. Lord of Nagas, the speech of the Buddha is like that. Why is that? Lord of Nagas, I do not teach the Dharma to beings who desire letters, but I teach the Dharma in order to fully understand letters, therefore the speech of the Buddha is without letters. Lord of Nagas, I do not teach the Dharma to those who desire speech, but I teach the Dharma in order to abandon all speech, therefore the speech of the Buddha is unspeakable. Lord of Nagas, I do not teach the Dharma for the sake of clinging to discrimination, but I teach the Dharma in order to pacify all discrimination and complete thought, therefore the speech of the Buddha is not discrimination. Lord of Nagas, I do not teach the Dharma for the sake of grasping the Dharma, for the sake of clinging to the Dharma, for the sake of elaborating the Dharma, for the sake of completely examining the Dharma, for the sake of generating the Dharma, for the sake of refuting the Dharma, for the sake of destroying the Dharma, for the sake of abiding in the Dharma, for the sake of focusing on the Dharma, for the sake of being conceited about the Dharma, for the sake of the nature of the Dharma, for the sake of examining the Dharma, for the sake of attending to the Dharma, for the sake of being bound by the Dharma, for the sake of explaining the Dharma. Lord of Nagas, I do not teach the Dharma for the sake of abandoning or refuting any Dharma, but, Lord of Nagas, I teach the Dharma because all Dharmas are naturally free from fabrication, therefore, Lord of Nagas, whatever all Dharmas are naturally free from fabrication, that is called the speech of the Buddha. Why is it called the speech of the Buddha? Because the nature of all words is Buddha, therefore it is called the speech of the Buddha. Because cutting off the prior and posterior limits of all words is Buddha, therefore it is called
