I pray to you, Garuda! Please release my two little monkeys. I am here to protect them from fear. Please release those who come to seek refuge, do not kill them. Then, the king of vultures spoke to the lion, the king of deer, in verse: King of deer, if you abandon me, then these two will be released without being killed. If I eat these two, I can live in the sky. Even if you are angry, what can you do to me? The king of deer said again: Please release me and eat me completely. I beg you to release my two little monkeys. Generate bodhicitta and keep the vows. Wise people do not lie. I will become a liar because I am sincere. Then, the great sage gave up his body. Then, he rejoiced because of his extreme sincerity. He gave up his body for the sake of sentient beings. Then, the king of vultures saw that wonderful thing and stayed in the sky, saying specifically, saying specifically: Those who give up their bodies for others, they live happily in this world of living beings. I will release these two little monkeys. May you also live and practice the Dharma for a long time! Ocean of Wisdom, at that time, do you think that the one who became the lion, the king of deer, was another person? Do not think so. What is the reason for that? Ocean of Wisdom, I myself, at that time, became the lion, the king of deer. Mahakashyapa became a monkey. Bhadrakapeelani became a female monkey. Rahula and Ananda became little monkeys. The virtuous monk garland, at that time, became the king of vultures named Razor-feathered. Ocean of Wisdom, in this way, Bodhisattvas The body should be completely abandoned, those who come to seek refuge should not be completely abandoned, and one should act as it is said. So, what is it to do as it is said? Ocean of Wisdom, the Bodhisattva who speaks of giving is as he says, whenever all possessions appear to be completely abandoned, that is his such conduct. Then,

Not violating the precepts is acting accordingly. Generating the first thought is speaking accordingly. Practicing the bodhisattva conduct is acting accordingly. Patience with the unborn dharma is speaking accordingly. The irreversible ground is acting accordingly. Bound by one lifetime is speaking accordingly. Abiding at the heart of enlightenment is acting accordingly. Firmly upholding what is taken is speaking accordingly. Manifestly and completely awakening to omniscience is acting accordingly. Turning the wheel of dharma is speaking accordingly. Not cutting off the lineage of the Three Jewels is acting accordingly. Such a wise ocean bodhisattva mahasattva is acting as he speaks. When the Blessed One taught this teaching of acting accordingly to what is said, five thousand bodhisattvas attained the patience of non-arising dharma. Then, the bodhisattva mahasattva Lotus Array spoke to the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, it is wonderful that the Tathagata teaches all these Buddha dharmas by acting as he speaks. Blessed One, in this regard, the practice of the Tathagata's words is also acting as he speaks. The Blessed One said: Son of good family, do you know practice? He replied: Blessed One, I know. The Blessed One said: Son of good family, start from practice and be confident! He replied: Blessed One, what is called practice? To understand that all dharmas are equal in equality, to enter from the certainty of reality, although skilled in knowing, yet not manifesting, this is the true practice of a bodhisattva. The bodhisattva Mountain King spoke to the Blessed One, saying: Blessed One, I also start from practice and am confident. The Blessed One said: Son of good family, be confident! He replied: Blessed One, practice is no practice. Why is that? Blessed One, a bodhisattva
