Nor do they see their increase or decrease. They do not add to any dharma, nor do they diminish it, nor do they attach to it, nor do they discriminate it, but only cultivate mindfulness of the Buddha. When they cultivate it, it is not form, nor is it without form. It is not a sign, nor is it without a sign. It is not a good mark, nor is it without a good mark. It is not consciousness, nor is it without consciousness. It is not affliction, nor is it without affliction. It is not discipline, nor is it without discipline. It is not samadhi, nor is it without samadhi. It is not wisdom, nor is it without wisdom. It is not liberation, nor is it without liberation. It is not the wisdom vision of liberation, nor is it without the wisdom vision of liberation. It is not birth, nor is it without birth. It is not lineage, nor is it without lineage. It is not descent, nor is it without descent. It is not retinue, nor is it without retinue. It is not abiding, nor is it without abiding. It is not attainment, nor is it without attainment. It is not realization, nor is it without realization. It is not the exhaustion of afflictions, nor is it without the exhaustion of afflictions. It is not the aggregates, elements, and sources, nor is it without the aggregates, elements, and sources. It is not knowing, nor is it without knowing. It is not teaching the Dharma, nor is it not teaching the Dharma. It is not to purify oneself, nor is it to purify others. It is not to purify sentient beings, nor is it to purify those without sentient beings. It is not for oneself, nor is it for others. It is not the Dharma, nor is it discipline. It is not bodily purification, nor is it verbal purification, nor is it mental purification, nor is it behavioral purification, nor is it behavioral purification of the past extreme, nor is it behavioral purification of the future extreme, nor is it behavioral purification of the present occurrence, nor is it one's own purification, nor is it the purification of others. This, Shariputra, is called the mindfulness of the Buddha, which is called the entry into non-grasping of all dharmas of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva.

This is the dharani called "Obtaining Fearlessness." This is the samadhi called "Obtaining Single Certainty," which completely fulfills all wishes. Because of cultivating the wisdom of all virtuous roots that do not depend on others, this is the dharani called "The Treasure of Dharma," whose excellent lineage of marks and signs will not be suppressed and will abide. This is the dharani called "Skilled in Thoroughly Seeking the Holy Ones," which completely transcends all the works of demons. Shariputra, those Bodhisattvas who obtain the meaning of this dharani, which is accomplished through limitless doors, will be irreversible and will quickly awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Why is that? Shariputra, here, all Buddhas are certain to be treasures of Dharma and qualities. This dharani, which possesses action without object, will thoroughly distinguish all the actions of Bodhisattvas. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan spoke these verses: There is no doubt about the emptiness of all dharmas, One does not elaborate for the sake of enlightenment, If one does not disturb the nature of the Dharmadhatu, Therefore, one will obtain this dharani. This sutra should be listened to, In this, the dharani is inexhaustible, This has the wealth of wisdom, Then one will obtain enlightenment. If a fearless Bodhisattva well holds this dharani, One will hear the Dharma teachings of the Buddhas of the ten directions. One understands the supreme Dharma of all meanings, words, and movements. As many rays of sunlight as there are, One will know that many words. Those who become the supreme of all dharmas, Are the doors of the great dharani. Whoever holds this sutra, Everything will always appear. If all sentient beings, Ask him doubts for kalpas, Even if all doubts are cut off, His wisdom will not be exhausted. Whoever delights in this sutra, He is the son of the Dharma King, Close to supreme enlightenment, He becomes trustworthy and a Dharma holder. Whoever holds this dharani, All sentient beings rejoice in him, The Buddhas also rejoice in him, Fame will arise in the world. Whoever
