Holding supreme fragrant incense, not too long after, they arrived before the Tathagata Buddha. Likewise, the Anavatapta Dragon King also, with the best of the dragon daughters who were extremely well-trained, beating hundreds of thousands of drums and cymbals, came to offer to the protector of the world. The five hundred sons of the Anavatapta, in order to seek vast and unsurpassed wisdom, surrounded by relatives and rejoicing, came to offer to the self-born Buddha. Likewise, the Dragon King Sogmed also, with extreme reverence for the supreme noble being, holding beautiful and excellent dragon jewels, resided in the sky, making offerings to the Shakya Victor. Likewise, the Dragon King Letting Go also, generating extreme joy and happiness, carrying various precious jewels, there, he also scattered them to the guide. Likewise, the Dragon King Seasonal also, similarly came to the presence of the Tathagata Buddha, joyfully carrying the most beautiful precious garland, and also made excellent offerings to the supreme noble being. They also remembered the qualities of the Sugata, generating great reverence, surrounded by many relatives and dragon retinues, reciting various praises of the guide. Likewise, the Dragon King Joyful and Near Joyful, likewise, the tamer Gautama and Black One also, gazing at the Victor, and came there, prostrating at the feet of the Sugata. The Dragon King Ela Leaf also, remembering the supreme Shakya Victor Light Protector, seeing himself born in a place of no leisure, surrounded by eight dragons, came weeping. Alas! I previously arose with doubt, I previously cut down the Ela Leaf tree, therefore I was also born in a place of no leisure, the Dharma of the Victor is not easy to realize. I utterly despise this body of a lowly person and the birth place of a dragon, whatever Dharma is realized by the supreme being under the Bodhi tree, may I realize that cool realization. The Dragon King Ocean Wheel Turner, surrounded by three million kotis of dragon retinues, the water god radiant, carrying a precious necklace, came to offer to the Bhagavan. The one who threw stones at the Victor was caught by him, at that time residing in the sky, what Yaksha of Rajagriha was holding?

I respectfully bow before the Sugata. All the abodes of the King of Willows are now empty, without any Yakshas. All have made mutual vows and agreements, and all have come to behold the Protector of the World. Likewise, Long-ear and Needle-hair, and the Yaksha pastoralist, the terrifying one, likewise the snow-mountain dwelling, the mountain-gathering Yakshas, the donkey-like ones, all have come near to the Victorious Self-Born One. Those with the crest of power, the beautiful and pleasing ones, Bakkula and the five who increase with time, and other thousands of Yaksha lords, holding incense burners, have come near. Many with ill-formed and displeasing bodies, with many forms and bereft of ornaments, before him, hundreds and thousands of many, holding Yaksha flowers, have come. Gautama, Ribhi, Purbu, Victorious Army, and Kaushika and Light-protector Mabshunda, all the companions and Parsha Garga, all have come near to pay homage to the Buddha. The Giver of Men is also joyful in this way, the expanding hermits, Kudza Angira, the powerful Evil-Remover, Badza dwelling-place, these have come near to pay homage to the Buddha. Dza'man, Baman, Beishambaya, and Dza'magni and Ant-city, the excellent hermit, White-place Dweller and Miu-thung Spenpa, beholding the guide, have come to the excellent city. Having seen the hermit, at that time the hermit rejoices, paying homage to the feet of the King of the Able, paying homage to the lamp of the world and praising him, folding their palms they stand before the hero. All the many hermits that are in the world, these have come near to behold the lord of men, having seen him, having made vast offerings, they stand with palms folded before the Buddha. The Sky-Goer dwelling in the oceans, also having transformed into the guise of a Brahmin, wearing various beautiful crowns, paying homage to the Sugata, dwells in the sky. In the hundred cities and the forests of Jambudvipa, whatever gods dwell and abide, and all the goddesses of the cities, have come near and make offerings to the chief one. The immeasurable gods of the forests, and all the gods of the mountains have come near, all the gods of the flowing waters likewise, making offerings to the guide, have come near.
