I am for the sake of non-difference. World Honored One, for example, various jewels in the great ocean, conch shells, agate, coral, etc., lower, middle, and upper, calling this a certain jewel, that a certain jewel, one can establish differences, but in the realm of Dharma, it is useless to establish differences in that way, and there is no difference in that which is established. For that, it is useless to establish differences in death and birth. What is the reason for that? Because in the realm of Dharma, there is no death, birth, complete affliction, or complete purification. The realm of Dharma is not completely afflicted, the realm of Dharma is not mixed, because in the realm of Dharma, there are no dharmas that should be abandoned or should be generated. Then, the World Honored One, knowing, asked Manjushri, who had become a youth: Manjushri, do you know the realm of Dharma? Answer: If I perceive it, I know it. The World Honored One said: Manjushri, do you know in which world to act? Answer: World Honored One, the world only acts in the illusion of a person. World Honored One, the so-called world is just a name. I have not truly seen the things of the world that should be pointed out, and in which world to act, I have not truly seen any difference from the realm of Dharma of the world. What is the reason for that? Because there is none. The World Honored One asked in which world to act, the nature of that form aggregate, there is no death and birth, no destruction or complete destruction, then on what does it act? Similarly, the nature of feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness, because there is completely nothing, there is no birth or cessation, and it does not go beyond one nature, like this, it is one nature. The World Honored One said: Manjushri, what do you think? I am now

Regarding this becoming a Tathagata, an Arhat, a perfectly complete Buddha, what do you think? Will this completely pass into nirvana, or will it become invisible? He replied: Bhagavan, it is not so. Why is that? Because the realm of Dharma is not truly established. Bhagavan, if the realm of Dharma were truly established, then it would also not pass away. Regarding that, true establishment is not seen; does it not exist? How could one see passing into nirvana? The Tathagata is such a realm, therefore, Bhagavan is neither born nor will pass into nirvana. The Bhagavan said: Manjushri, how do you believe that the past Tathagatas, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, have passed into nirvana? He replied: If I could truly see their birth, then I would believe. He said: Do you want to connect the intermediate state of each being after death? He replied: Bhagavan, I have not even truly seen each being, it is invisible, so how could I see their intermediate state? He said: Manjushri, the Tathagata considers the Dharma to exist, you should have confidence. He replied: From where should I begin to generate confidence? He said: Begin from the realm of Dharma. He replied: Bhagavan, I have not truly seen any Dharma that is not the realm of Dharma. He said: Manjushri, those with pride will be afraid. He replied: Bhagavan, if the true boundary is afraid, then those with pride will also be afraid. Why is that? Bhagavan, the true boundary is not other, and those with pride are not other; whatever is the boundary of those with pride, that boundary is the true boundary, and whatever is the true boundary, that is the boundary of all Dharmas, therefore there is no fear. This which is called 'all Dharmas not truly accomplished' is like a stone.

It is the foundation of the vajra. The Bhagavan said: Manjushri, why is this called the vajra foundation? He replied: Bhagavan, all dharmas are indivisible, therefore this is the vajra foundation. Because the Tathagata is inconceivable, all dharmas are inconceivable, this is the vajra foundation. Why is it called the vajra foundation? Because all dharmas are without mind. All dharmas are called Bodhi, this is the vajra foundation. Why is that? Because all dharmas are without expression. Here, whatever dharma is expressed by whatever name, that dharma does not exist in that dharma. Whatever does not exist is emptiness. Whatever is emptiness is non-existence. Whatever is non-existence is unreachable by expression. Whatever cannot be expressed is Bodhi. Therefore, this is the vajra foundation. All dharmas are the realm of the Tathagata, this is the vajra foundation. He said: Why is it called the vajra foundation? He replied: Bhagavan, all dharmas are separate from their own realm, therefore this is the vajra foundation. He said: Manjushri, if the venerable Ananda can also uphold these categories of dharma, should I make a prediction of his arrival here? He replied: Bhagavan, is there a teaching or instruction of dharma here? I have not truly seen even a single letter being taught, let alone many. He said: Manjushri, well done, well done! Manjushri, your explanation is well spoken. Manjushri, you are good! Manjushri, I have seen that in the immeasurable and countless realms of the ten directions, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas are all teaching and abiding in this one Dharma-nature. Then, the venerable Shariputra came out of his own dwelling and went to the dwelling of Manjushri, the youth, and after arriving, he did not see Manjushri, the youth, and went to the dwelling of the Bhagavan, standing at the outer door of the dwelling.
