When it became "ra," there were sixteen heart-sons of pure flesh. Their eldest son was named the Source of Wisdom. Monks, just like that, each of those sixteen young princes had things to play with, various beautiful, delightful, and pleasing things to look at. Monks, then those sixteen young princes, knowing that the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, was overwhelmed by the great knowledge of clairvoyance, and had fully awakened to unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, abandoned those many things to play with and be delighted in, and like mothers and aunts, surrounded him and stood before him. Surrounded and attended by many treasures of the wheel-turning king's sacred objects, the king's ministers, and many hundreds of thousands of billions of creatures, they went to where the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened One, overwhelmed by the great knowledge of clairvoyance, was sitting on the supreme and sacred Bodhi tree seat. In order to honor, respect, depict, offer, remember, and beseech the Blessed One, they went there and, having arrived, bowed their heads at the feet of the Blessed One, circumambulated the Blessed One three times, folded their palms, and praised him before the Blessed One with these verses that were similar in form: O unsurpassed one with six great manifestations! You have truly practiced for countless eons, and for the sake of liberating all sentient beings, your good vow is fulfilled here. You have practiced with extreme difficulty for ten intermediate eons, and when you were practicing while sitting on that seat, your body never moved during that time, your hands and feet did not move, and you did not walk. Your mind has become peaceful and is very stable, always unmoving and unwavering, you never have distraction, you are extremely peaceful and abide in freedom from outflows. You have attained this supreme enlightenment of goodness, happiness, joy, and harmlessness. Such is the fortune of us, the lion among men, us.

Born into virtue. All these beings are without protectors, suffering and oppressed, completely deprived of the happiness of having their eyes. Suffering to the extreme, they do not find the path to liberation, therefore they do not generate diligence. For a long time, they increase their fall into the lower realms, completely losing the bodies of gods and humans. In that place, there is no sound of the Victorious One, all these worlds are dark with ignorance. The stainless, pure, and peaceful state, you, the wise one of the world, have now attained, please protect us and the world. Protector, we sincerely take refuge in you. Monks, after that, the sixteen young princes, praised the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, who subdues the world with the great wisdom of omniscience, with verses that resemble the Dharma. For the benefit of many beings, for the happiness of many beings, with compassion for the world, for the sake of the benefit, welfare, and happiness of gods, humans, and many ordinary beings, please, Bhagavan, teach the Dharma, Sugata, teach the Dharma. Thus, they requested the Bhagavan to turn the wheel of Dharma. At that time, they recited these verses: O you who have the marks of a hundred merits, please teach the Dharma! Tamer of men, incomparable great sage, having attained excellent and supreme wisdom, reveal it to the worlds with gods. Please liberate us and these sentient beings. How can we and these sentient beings also attain this supreme enlightenment? Please reveal the wisdom of the Tathagata. Knowing all conduct and wisdom, knowing all intentions and past merits, and knowing the inclinations of all living beings. Please turn the supreme and excellent wheel. Sixth Chapter. Monks, then, at that time, the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha, who subdues the world with the great wisdom of omniscience, manifested the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and in each of the ten directions, there were also five ten types of world realms of hundreds of thousands of billions of kotis.
