The thoughts and words of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are difficult to understand. Then, the Blessed One explained the meaning in detail. At that time, the Blessed One spoke these verses: The Dharma King destroys the world. I come from the world. Having fully understood the inclinations of beings, I teach the Dharma to sentient beings. The great hero, with a steadfast mind, Long protects the teachings. Guarding the profound secrets, Not showing them to sentient beings. That wisdom is delightful to know, Children hear it occasionally. Because of not understanding, doubt arises, Therefore, they fall away and delight in wandering. What is its power like? And its realm, also truthfully declared. With various different meanings, Make the views upright. How are the luminous clouds, Gathered in all the realms of the world, Making the lands fully moist, Covering everything. It is filled with water, The great cloud accompanied by lightning. Emitting a great sound, Making sentient beings rejoice. The light of the sun is obscured, The mandalas also become cool. It can be touched by hand, Raining down everywhere. It rains down evenly, The stream of water is not small. Universally falling, Making these lands also satisfied. From these lands, The medicines that grow, Grass and thickets and forests, Trees and great trees, Various kinds of grains, And also the plants that turn green. The mountains and valleys and forests, Or whatever grows from the medicinal fields. The clouds satisfy everything. Grass and thickets and forests, The parched land is also satisfied. It also universally falls on the medicines. Those waters are also of the same taste, Falling from the clouds, existing here. How, according to strength and different places, The grass and thickets drink it. The trees and great trees, The small, medium, according to their size. All drink water according to their strength, Having drunk, they grow according to their wishes. From the clouds, rain falls, the great plants, How are the small trees, hollow, bark. 既然同样降下，那么，以何种力量和地方，以何种种子，它们各自产生。如来应供正遍知佛陀在世间，如同世间降雨的云朵般出现，世间怙主出现后将断绝，向众生显示正确的行为。天神等世间众生在面前顶礼，如此大仙宣说，他是二足之尊胜者如来。如同云朵般出现在世间，完全身体干枯，三有形成，我使一切众生都满足。使被痛苦折磨干枯者安乐，我也给予欲望和寂灭。天人和人群们，你们也听我说，为了看我而靠近。如来薄伽梵威力不减，为了救度而降生于世间，清净且极易见到的法，将为十万亿众生宣说。那与平等性完全相同，那是解脱寂灭。为了恒常菩提而进入，以一个声音宣说正法，那是平等性，没有不平等。没有贪欲，也没有嗔恨，我从不执着任何人，我对任何人既不亲近也不憎恨，如同对待一个众生一样对待其他众生，为有情众生平等地宣说佛法。不做其他事，只是宣说正法，行走和站立和坐着，以及进入卧榻睡眠时，我从不感到厌倦。如同云朵平等地降下雨水，使所有这些世间都满足。对高尚者和卑劣者都平等对待，对持戒者和破戒者，以及行为堕落者，以及具备行为和仪轨者，以及安住于见解和见解堕落者，以及正确见解和见解清净者，无论是恶慧还是善慧，都为迟钝的根器者宣说佛法，完全断除一切厌倦，我降下真正的法雨。如其所能地听我说，在天人之中令人满意，以及转轮王和帝释天梵天之相。

Since it falls the same, then, with what power and in what place, with what seeds, do they each produce. The Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha appears in this world, like a rain-holding cloud in the world, the protector of the world appears and will cut off, showing beings the correct conduct. Gods and other beings in the world prostrate before him, thus the great sage proclaims, he is the supreme victor of the two-legged, the Tathagata. Like a cloud appearing in this world, completely drying up the body, the three realms are formed, I satisfy all beings. Those dried up by suffering are placed in happiness, I also give desire and nirvana. Gods and human crowds, you also listen to me, come near to see me. The Tathagata Bhagavan's power does not diminish, born in this world to liberate, the pure and very visible Dharma, will be preached to hundreds of billions of beings. That is the same as equality and truly one, that is liberation and nirvana. Always entering for enlightenment, preaching the Dharma with one voice, that is equality, there is no inequality. There is no desire, nor is there hatred, I never cling to anyone, I am neither friendly nor hostile to anyone, treating other beings like one being, equally preaching the Dharma to sentient beings. Doing nothing else, just preaching the Dharma, walking and standing and sitting, and when entering the bed to sleep, I am never weary. Just as the cloud equally pours down rain, satisfying all these worlds. Treating the noble and the base equally, to those who keep the precepts and those who break the precepts, and to those whose conduct has fallen, and those who possess conduct and rituals, and those who abide in views and those whose views have fallen, and those with correct views and pure views, whether with bad wisdom or good wisdom, preaching the Dharma to those with dull faculties, completely abandoning all weariness, I pour down the true rain of Dharma. Listen to me as you are able, pleasing among gods and humans, and the form of the Chakravartin and Indra Brahma.
