Please grant your words. What kind of dream did you see? After hearing it, I will also analyze it. The goddess said: The snow is like the color of silver, surpassing the light of the sun and moon. With well-formed hands and feet, perfectly developed, possessing six tusks, and being very large. The noble elephant is like a vajra, with stable joints and a beautiful form. If it enters my womb, please listen to its origin. Having heard these words, the Brahmins said this: There is no impurity in the lineage, and great joy will be attained. You will have a son, whose body will be adorned with auspicious marks. In the royal lineage, he will be a great wheel-turning king with a noble lineage. If he abandons desires, the kingdom, and the palace, And with compassion for all beings, without attachment, goes forth into homelessness, Then he will become the refuge of giving in the three realms, becoming a Buddha, Satisfying all the world with the taste of the supreme nectar. Having spoken such sweet prophecies, After eating food in the king's palace, Having received the rewards, Those Brahmins went back. Monks, in this way, King Śuddhodana, having heard those words from the Brahmins who knew the marks and signs, who could distinguish good and bad omens, and who were skilled in the interpretation of dreams, felt satisfied and pleased, rejoiced, was very happy, and felt at ease in his mind. Then, he satisfied and satiated those Brahmins with many foods, drinks, and delicacies, and after giving them rewards, he sent them away. At that time, at the four gates of the great city of Kapilavastu, and at all the crossroads and intersections of the city, alms were given. In order to make offerings to the Bodhisattva as much as possible, food was given to those who wanted food, drink to those who wanted drink, clothes to those who wanted clothes, vehicles to those who wanted vehicles, incense to those who wanted incense, garlands to those who wanted garlands, perfumes to those who wanted perfumes, bedding to those who wanted bedding, dwellings to those who wanted dwellings, and livelihood to those who wanted livelihood. Monks, then, King Śuddhodana thought to himself: In which palace will this illusory goddess reside in order to be comfortable and without afflictions?

Then, in that very instant, the Four Great Kings came before King Śuddhodana and said: "O god, do not trouble yourself, but remain peacefully at ease. We shall adorn the palace of the Bodhisattva." Then the lord of the gods, Indra, came to King Śuddhodana and said: "The immeasurable mansions of protection are poor, but those of the Thirty-three are excellent. I can only offer a palace of the Bodhisattva that is merely somewhat victorious." Then the son of the gods, Raba Thab Dral, came to King Śuddhodana and said: "Having seen my house, even a hundred thousand Indras are amazed. I offer my glorious house of Raba Thab Dral to the son of the Victorious One." Then the son of the gods, the Joyful Tushita, came to King Śuddhodana and said: "The greatly renowned one who formerly resided in Tushita, that sacred and delightful palace, I offer to the son of the Victorious One." Then the son of the gods, Raba Thrul Gawa, came to King Śuddhodana and said: "The glorious mind-made mansion, which is of the nature of jewels, for the sake of the supreme Bodhisattva, I, the king, shall offer it." Then the son of the gods, the Wielder of Power over Others' Emanations, came to King Śuddhodana and said: "As many places as there are in the desire realm, as many beautiful immeasurable mansions as there are, before my immeasurable mansion, even light and color seem to fade. Therefore, I shall offer my glorious mansion, for the sake of honoring the Bodhisattva, the excellent palace of the nature of jewels. O king, please accept it. Filled with divine flowers, and with the fragrance of divine incense rising, I offer the vast palace. May the goddesses reside there." Monks, when all the lords of the gods who act in this way desired to honor the Bodhisattva, they each offered their own homes in that sacred great city of Kapilavastu. King Śuddhodana also arranged a dwelling that surpassed the human realm but had not yet become divine. Then, through the power of the Bodhisattva's great array of samadhi, he manifested goddesses as magical illusions in all those dwellings. The Bodhisattva
