Blessed One, I am like a child, like a fool, like someone who does not understand things, like someone who is not intelligent, I have generated anger towards the Tathagata and the Sangha of Hearers, I confess to the Blessed One, and I confess my faults before the Sangha of Hearers. For the sake of compassion, I confess my faults, please Blessed One accept my confession well. From now on, I will also guard the precepts. The Blessed One said to the great king: 'Get up and sit on your own seat!' Thus, the Blessed One accepted the confession of King Light of Bhasa. After that, King Light of Bhasa bowed to the feet of the Blessed One with his head, and then sat aside. After sitting aside, King Light of Bhasa said these words to the Blessed One: Blessed One, I am a rough, stingy, and cruel person, I listened to the words of women and committed sinful actions, Blessed One, I clearly know that I will fall into hell because of this.
