Or by following along, or by following with pleasant speech, or by following by practicing benefit, or by following by agreeing with meaning, however it may be that others cultivate the direction of virtue and become roots of virtue, etc., that also should be well understood. Therefore, for these verses of Dharma, one should engage in them three times a day, like every day, and keep them in mind. That is to say, in all the realms of the world, I bow with infinite respect to the Tathagata, the fully enlightened Buddha, the Dharma, the Sangha, and the Bodhisattvas. Among beings, there is incomparable merit, and the source of merit that can arise even for those who are unequal. To all those immeasurable merits, I bow my head in infinite refuge. May the realms of the world, where the Buddhas, the Dharma, the Sangha, and the Bodhisattvas reside, never be empty of hundreds of thousands of paths. Thus, I make infinite supplications. May the peaceful Dharma be well taught, and may it remain for all future kalpas. To the Sugatas of all the realms of the world, I make infinite supplications with my head. Whether in the past, present, or future, even for a moment, whatever sins I have committed, I confess all those sins, I abandon all sins. Even for a moment, I take up all the virtues I have done without reservation. Until the end of my life, may I always abide in all virtues. May the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas well turn the wheel of Dharma of Bodhi, and may all the virtues of those who have arisen, are arising, and will arise in this world, and the discipline, wisdom, samadhi, liberation, life, and Dharma of all the Buddhas and noble ones, benefit all the worlds. May all sentient beings of the five paths, past, present, and future, rejoice in the virtues, and I rejoice infinitely with my head. Thus, by all means, in all realms of the world, may the Three Jewels always appear. May the Three Jewels and the Bodhisattvas remain for eons without diminishing. Without interruption, may enlightenment and all the Paramitas be perfected. May all sentient beings have happiness, be without fear, transcend the lower realms, be separated from all non-virtue, and may all roots of virtue be perfected. According to their suitability in the three vehicles, may their aspirations be fulfilled, and may they have long life, liberation, and attain all excellent benefits. When planting aspirations for perfect enlightenment, may they be planted limitlessly and immeasurably. May the suffering and afflictions of all sentient beings be pacified. For the sake of Dharmic enlightenment, in all realms of the world, I will surely give my own body to all the victorious ones and Bodhisattvas. When I attain perfect enlightenment, may I establish limitless aspirations in the future. In life after life, may I perfectly practice before the Three Jewels. In all realms of the world, before the Three Jewels and the Bodhisattvas, may I make offerings with divine incense equal to the sky, and garlands of flowers and bouquets. May I give away piles of gold and silver equal to Mount Meru, and piles of clothes and jewels, as well as immeasurable palaces with attendants and bedding, and limitless goodness. May I fulfill the wishes of beings through the path, and become a refuge, a body, and like a father. May I rejoice in patience and be pure in morality, and may I extensively teach the Dharma to beings. May I find the supreme vehicle of enlightenment, and wear strong armor for the sake of the Three Jewels. May I perfect all the Paramitas, and may I perfect all the Buddha Dharmas. Separated from all sins, may all actions of body, speech, and mind become the most excellent virtue. May I not turn back from enlightenment, and may I become the joy of enlightenment and a Bodhisattva. In existence after existence, may I learn all the virtues of the Bodhisattvas and the Buddhas.
