I, should know whether I remember the Sangha, if I remember it, it is good. If I do not remember it, then I should remember the Buddha, Bodhi, Dharma, and Sangha in many ways. If I do not remember, they also have hatred, and do not remember the Buddha, Bodhi, Dharma, and Sangha. If I also do not remember myself, then what is the difference between me and those beings? What is the difference? What is the asceticism? They and I, in times of hatred, should practice abandonment, remember the Buddha, Bodhi, Dharma, and Sangha, and also understand the power of patience, and should encourage me in this way. Why? I do not take one being and abandon all beings, I will manifest the supreme perfect enlightenment, and teach the Dharma to all beings, having spoken such words. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also know me, this son of good family has entered the supreme perfect enlightenment, and will teach the Dharma to all beings. The wisdom and vision of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are without attachment and without obstruction, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, know me, if I do not abandon myself in times of hatred, and do not remember the Buddha, Bodhi, Dharma, and Sangha, then it is not permissible for me. The Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksambuddhas of the eastern direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, who are now dwelling, living, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, also know that this son of good family has generated such a thought, I will manifest the supreme perfect enlightenment, and after becoming a Samyaksambuddha, I will teach the Dharma to all beings, thus knowing my generation of thought. Also the southern direction, the western direction, the northern direction, the southeast direction, the southwest direction, the northwest direction, the northeast direction, likewise the upper and lower directions, thus the directions and corners, thus the Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksambuddhas of the ten directions

Just like the sands of the Ganges River, those who are now dwelling and living, they will also say, 'This son of lineage has entered into unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment.' After I attain unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment and become a fully enlightened Buddha, I will teach the Dharma to all sentient beings and praise patience.' Please know this aspiration. Therefore, one should roar the lion's roar and not make the sound of a jackal. Alas! Know that the lion's roar is a symbol of understanding the power of patience. Alas! Know that the sound of a jackal is abuse and harsh words. These sentient beings, if a certain sentient being benefits them, they will also benefit that sentient being. If I benefit him because of the benefit of a certain sentient being, then what is the difference between me and them? What is the difference? What austerity is there to speak of? These sentient beings, if a certain sentient being harms them, they will also harm that sentient being. If I also harm a certain sentient being, harming him because of being harmed, then what is the difference between me and them? What is the difference? What austerity will there be? Shariputra, furthermore, the Bodhisattva should learn in this way: These sentient beings are not friendly to each other, they only appear friendly when they obtain wealth, and when they are harmed, they kill each other. I have no hesitation for the benefit of sentient beings, even if I am harmed, I will still work for the benefit of sentient beings.' Then, at that time, the Blessed One spoke these verses: Even if I am harmed for countless eons, seeing the suffering of sentient beings, I will leave without hesitation. They appear friendly when they obtain benefits, they talk to each other, but if the benefits cannot be divided equally, they harm each other. Always be friendly with me, fill all these Jambudvipa continents and Buddha lands with jewels, and make offerings, and those sentient beings who cut off limbs with sharp weapons, generate a mind of equality towards all sentient beings. Endure abuse and harsh words, and all evil deeds. Endure.
