Shariputra, furthermore, the qualities and adornments of the Buddha-field of the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha Akshobhya, which are now completely accomplished in his Buddha-field, are not possessed even by many hundreds of Buddhas, many thousands of Buddhas, many hundreds of thousands of Buddhas, or many billions of hundreds of thousands of Buddhas. Shariputra, this Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha Akshobhya, is the result of the special aspiration he made when he practiced the conduct of a Bodhisattva in the past. Shariputra, the qualities and adornments of a Buddha-field are accomplished by aspiration. Shariputra, just as I made aspirations when I practiced the conduct of a Bodhisattva in the past, so it has become. Shariputra, furthermore, when the Blessed One, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha Akshobhya, attained the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment and gained the wisdom of omniscience, in that instant, in that moment, in that instant, all sentient beings in the three-thousand great-thousand world-system who possessed the divine eye and those who did not possess the divine eye appeared to the sight of those sentient beings in samsara.
