།གཟུགས་ལས་དབེན་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཉིད་གཙོ་བོར་བྱེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ནི་ལྷའི་མིག་གིས་ཀྱང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཐམས་ཅད་བལྟར་སྣང་བར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ།། །ཞི་བའི་བློ་གྲོས་དེ་ལ་འཁོར་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདུས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི་ནང་ནས་ཀྱང་ཁ་ཅིག་གིས་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པའི་སྐུ་མཐོང་། ཁ་ཅིག་གིས་ནི་མཐོང་། ཁ་ཅིག་གིས་ནི་རྒྱང་རིང་པོ་ན་འདུག་ཀྱང་མཐོང་། ལུས་ཞི་བ་དུལ་བ་དེ་དག་གི་མིང་ཀྱང་འཁྲུལ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་ པའི་སྐུ་ལ་དཔག་པར་བྱས་འམ། མཚན་མ་གཟུང་བར་མི་ནུས་སོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། Among them, one sentient being thinks of and believes in the image, color, signs, shape, and behavior of the Tathagata's body for as many sentient beings as there are, and manifests and accomplishes it. The Tathagata satisfies the minds of all those sentient beings. According to their wishes, sentient beings understand the Tathagata's form, color, marks, shape, and conduct. However, this is not the Tathagata's body or the activity of his mind. The Tathagata, through the excellence of completely purifying previous conduct, is spontaneously accomplished, and constantly abides with the form, color, marks, shape, and conduct that satisfy the minds of all sentient beings. Peaceful Wisdom, for example, in the center of a completely pure mirror, whatever form appears is gathered, and that image appears without any increase or decrease, just as it is. However, the center of the mirror does not think or conceive. Peaceful Wisdom, likewise, the Tathagata does not think or conceive, but is spontaneously accomplished, satisfying the consciousness of the thoughts of all sentient beings. Peaceful Wisdom, this is the secret of the Tathagata's body. Peaceful Wisdom, furthermore, the Tathagata's body is not distinguished by the aggregates, not distinguished by the elements, not distinguished by the sense bases, not born from actions, not born from afflictions, not born from parents, not born from the subtle particles of the great elements, not covered by flesh and blood, not composed of a heap of bones and marrow, and not connected with the movement of breath and life. Peaceful Wisdom, the Tathagata's body is a body without a body, a Dharma body, a body without form or characteristics, a body without elaboration and without permanence, yet it Appears to the eyes of those sentient beings who are tamed by showing the body, who focus on form and characteristics. Some (things) are near but not seen, while others think they can see things that are far away. Some think they are near but cannot see them. Some see through mindfulness, but not through distraction. Some see through distraction, but not through mindfulness. Some see because others point them out, but not when they look themselves. Some see when they look themselves, but not when others point them out. Some see in dreams, but not when awake. Some see when awake, but not in dreams. Some see in meditation, but not when standing up. Some see when standing up, but not in meditation. Some think that only beautiful things can be seen, but not things that are not beautiful. Some think that only things that are not beautiful can be seen, but not beautiful things. Some cannot see without searching, but can see when searching. Some can see without searching, but cannot see when searching. Some can see when concentrating, but not when not concentrating. Some can see when not concentrating, but not when concentrating. Tranquil Intelligence, the body of the Tathagata is like this, and also manifests in countless other forms.
