From the very deep Xin Du Sheng Xi Garden to Sheng Xi Garden, from city to city, from market to market, gradually traveling through all the realms of the four continents, these verses were spoken. It is a hundred times difficult to attain the appearance of a Buddha, and it is also extremely difficult to obtain a human body. It is difficult to find friends who have faith and listen to the Dharma, even for hundreds of kalpas. The human king and lord has now appeared, teaching the Dharma of utmost peace. Now, in the presence of that Sugata, listen to the Dharma and go to the good realms. Hearing the Dharma completely eliminates the evil realms, hearing the Dharma leads to the good realms, hearing the Dharma also pacifies all afflictions, and one can obtain the supreme object of coolness. Because these verses were spoken, this earth shook in six ways. The gods shouted "Alala" a hundred times. Delightful heavenly flowers fell like rain. Those who were urged to see the teacher, prostrated at the feet of the supreme two-legged one, those who remained with palms joined in reverence, their number could not be estimated. The Victorious One knew their thoughts and taught the Dharma that suited them. Thirty-six kotis who heard the Dharma from the Sugata, entered the supreme Bodhi. No less than three hundred thousand kotis, those eyes of the supreme Dharma were completely purified. Weary of samsara, their minds turned away, those people there renounced in this teaching. Furthermore, there were kotis of trillions, who took vows there and likewise practiced Uposatha. After making offerings to the teacher and listening to the Dharma, those people returned to their own abodes. Thus, with peaceful wisdom, those young princes, in order to make offerings to the protectors in their homeland, built a vast and spacious pavilion of celestial sandalwood snake-heart wood, beautifully decorated with ornaments, surrounded by balconies, victory banners, stables, and city gates. Even the entire Jambudvipa could not afford half a blade of grass's worth of sandalwood snake-heart wood, such a vast and spacious pavilion of sandalwood snake-heart wood, with a water width of ten yojanas, extremely dazzling, pleasing to the eye, with four pillars erected, evenly symmetrical, very...

It became something that was separated. At that time, King Dhṛtarāṣṭra, when he wanted to go to see the Blessed One, to pay homage, to make offerings, to serve, and to listen to the Dharma, the father king Dhṛtarāṣṭra and the prince, as well as the retinue of consorts, servants, and relatives, entered the pavilion and sat on the lion throne adorned with lotuses. Adorned with great offerings, respect, paintings, flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, victory banners, cymbals, hand drums, and the offering of playing music, the pavilion was covered with a net of jewels, and everyone gathered together. The pavilion rose up, flying unhindered like a goose king in the sky to where the Blessed One, the Tathagata, King of Infinite Qualities and Adornments of Jewels, was. The pavilion landed on the ground, and the king bowed his head to the feet of the Blessed One, and also bowed to the Sangha of monks. After circumambulating seven times, he sat down on one side. The retinue of consorts and relatives of King Dhṛtarāṣṭra also descended from the pavilion and bowed their heads to the feet of the Blessed One and the Sangha of monks. After circumambulating seven times, in order to listen to the Dharma, they sat down in front of the Blessed One together with the retinue of consorts and relatives. Third fascicle. Then, the Blessed One, the Tathagata, King of Infinite Qualities and Adornments of Jewels, knowing that King Dhṛtarāṣṭra had come to listen to the Dharma, taught him the Dharma, made him understand, made him praise, and made him rejoice. The Dharma of the Blessed One was this: Great King, these four dharmas are such that those who have entered the Great Vehicle will not decline and will become even more excellent. What are the four? Great King, the first is:
