哦！ 像那样，它将在那里被煮沸数千年。煮沸后，又将堕入大地狱。因此，世尊说：凡是女人想要成为男人，生生世世，如同天人和天女一样，不要抛弃自己的丈夫。说了谎话，又将转生为黑绳地狱。在那里，地狱的狱卒们发出巨大的声音，拿起各种燃烧的武器，在地狱的炽热铁地上，地狱众生互相拖拽，用燃烧的黑绳抽打，拿着燃烧的武器反复砍杀，像用细筛子过滤一样，用杵和棒槌敲打。他们发出巨大的声音，哭泣着待在那里。喝着自己的血，待在那里，那就是黑绳地狱，是由于说了谎话而转生的。在那里，将感受剧烈、粗暴和灼热的痛苦。比丘们，说谎应当被认为像毒蛇一样。它会带来许多痛苦，会导致堕入地狱、饿鬼道和畜生道。凡是说谎，其果报是巨大的。即使转生为人，也会没有慈悲心，声音像乌鸦一样，舌头不舒服，牙齿里生虫，口臭，牙齿不整齐，言语粗暴，喉咙嘶哑，嘴唇不舒服，充满嫉妒，总是充满贪欲。那人身体坏死后，死后将转生到黑绳地狱。因此，世尊说：口中散发脓液的气味，恶臭传播一由旬。无法了解佛法，这是说谎的罪过。这是说谎的果报。通过戒除说谎，无论是男人还是女人，将会获得利益，不少于三十三种。眼睛、耳朵、鼻子、舌头、身体以及心意，在那时将会变得清净，如同莲花的雄蕊。眼睛和牙齿是均匀的，身体不高不矮，不太胖也不太瘦，像这样是美好的。

O! Like that, it will be boiled there for thousands of years. Having been boiled, one will again fall into the great hell. Therefore, the Bhagavan said: Whoever, being a woman, desires to be a man, again and again in birth after birth, like gods and goddesses, should not abandon her own husband. Having spoken falsely, one will again be born in the Black Line Hell. There, the guardians of hell proclaim words with a great sound, and having taken up various kinds of burning weapons, on the ground of burning iron, the hell beings drag each other, and strike with burning black lines, and having taken up burning weapons, they cut again and again, and place them with pestles and clubs as if filtering with a fine sieve. And those ones proclaim a great sound and remain weeping. Drinking their own blood and remaining there inside, that is the Black Line, born from having spoken falsely. There, one will experience intense, harsh, and hot sensations of suffering. Monks, lying should be regarded as being like a poisonous snake. It causes much suffering. It causes one to enter hell, to enter the realm of the hungry ghosts, and to be born in the place of animals. Whoever speaks falsely, the ripening is great. Even if one is born as a human, one will be without compassion, with a voice like a crow, with an uncomfortable tongue, with worms in the teeth, with an unpleasant breath, with uneven teeth, with harsh words, with a grating throat, with uncomfortable lips, full of jealousy, and always full of craving. That one, when the body is destroyed, after death will be born in the Black Line Hell. Therefore, the Bhagavan said: From the mouth arises the smell of pus, the foul smell travels for one yojana. One will not come to know the Dharma, that is the fault of lying. That is the ripening of lying. By abandoning lying, whether male or female, one will obtain benefits, not less than thirty-three. Eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and likewise mind, will then become pure, like the stamen of a lotus. Eyes and teeth are even, and the body is neither tall nor short, not too fat nor too thin. Like this is excellent.

如是宣说之语。犹如乌 উৎপལ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之香，恒时 कुन्द（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）之香，一切仆从皆受敬重，以应供养之语故。于一切法精通，于义与词句皆精通，心之思虑无怯懦，恒时殊胜之语。舍弃虚妄语，男子或女子，将体验此利益。生于天与人中时，其身坏灭死后，将往生善趣天界与高处。所谓虚妄语，乃具过失者。于欲之诸事，具种姓之子不应为之。真实与良善之精华，如是者应受持。所谓虚妄语，乃令无意义者。欺骗世间者。于来世将生于极苦无间地狱。是故为生存故，不应说妄语。一切知者佛陀。菩萨于具染污之时，离间语如糠秕之色般，不能长久住留。如于糠秕堆上竖立木桩，不能长久住留般。如于马背上放置圆形果实，不能长久住留般。如语已出口，以利剑斩首之时，不说第二句话般。以长久说真实语故，沙门与婆罗门能度越彼岸。饮酒者将堕入热地狱并转生其中。堕入其中之有情，将被熬煮千百万年。之后将其捞出，抛弃于无边河岸边。于何处亦无去处，反复漂流。于彼处，地狱狱卒如以唾沫取鱼般，将其摔打于铁烧之地面上。如是宣告道：喂，士夫，汝欲何求？尊者，我渴。彼地狱狱卒以燃烧之铁钩张开其口，灌入铁水。彼之嘴唇被烧焦。喉咙亦被烧焦。胸膛被烧焦。肠子被烧焦。心脏亦被烧焦。从肛门流出油脂。彼等将感受痛苦。

Thus are the words spoken. Like the fragrance of the Utpala flower, the constant fragrance of the Kunda flower, all servants are revered, because of the words worthy of offering. One who is skilled in all dharmas, skilled in meaning and words, without fear in the thoughts of the mind, always speaks excellent words. By abandoning false speech, whether man or woman, will experience this benefit. When born as gods and humans, after their body is destroyed and they die, they will be reborn in the happy realm of the gods and in higher realms. Speaking falsely is having faults. A son of good lineage should not engage in matters of desire. Truth and the essence of goodness, such should be embraced. Speaking falsely means making things meaningless. It deceives the world. In the next life, one will be born in the unbearable Avici hell. Therefore, one should not speak falsely for the sake of survival. The all-knowing Buddha. Even when a Bodhisattva is in a state of defilement, divisive speech, like the color of chaff, does not last long. Just as a stake cannot stand for long when placed on a pile of chaff. Just as a round fruit cannot stay for long on the back of a horse. Just as one does not speak a second word when one's head is cut off by a sword after speaking. By speaking the truth for a long time, ascetics and Brahmins can cross to the other shore. Drinking alcohol leads to falling and being born in the hot hells. Beings who fall there will be cooked for millions of years. Then they are pulled out and thrown on the shore of the boundless river. With nowhere to go, they drift back and forth. There, the hell guards, like catching fish with saliva, slam them onto the burning iron ground. They proclaim: Hey, man, what do you want? Master, I am thirsty. The hell guard opens his mouth with a burning iron hook and pours molten iron into it. His lips are burned. His throat is also burned. His chest is burned. His intestines are burned. His heart is also burned. Oil flows from his anus. They will experience suffering.

Therefore, the Blessed One said: The hot and rough river, extremely difficult to cross, without limit. The petals of iron lotuses, they walk on the sharp petals. The boundless river, without foundation, how can one practice non-dharma? Whoever drinks alcohol, it is not a small sin. Even if he is reborn as a human, he will always be forgetful, dull like a sheep, wisdom corrupted, not knowing reason, always sleepy, of low intelligence, foolish, fearful, afraid, doubtful, deceitful, unstable in speech, stingy, jealous, uncertain, shameless, without embarrassment, of shallow wisdom, not knowing virtuous dharmas: for five hundred lifetimes he will be born as a yaksha, for five hundred lifetimes he will be born as a dog, and endless madness. This is the fault of drinking alcohol. This is the ripening of drinking intoxicating beverages. By abandoning drinking alcohol, whether man or woman, obtaining it, the benefits are no less than thirty-six. In the past, future, and present, they will quickly understand what is happening, and always maintain memory. They will not go mad, possess excellent wisdom, not be confused, be cautious, speech will be very clear, know shame and speech will be clear. They will not lie, have no slander and harsh words, will not praise meaningless things. Day and night, they will know and feel what has been done. They are without desire, generous, uphold morality, without anger, speech is upright, without fear, very intelligent, know shame and have embarrassment, complete. Without fear and doubt, the mind is upright, able to remember what is heard, intelligent among many meaningful people. By abandoning drinking alcohol, whether man or woman, will experience these benefits. Among gods and humans, their body will break down and die.
