Until (dwelling), one will be completely liberated from all evil destinies. One will also swiftly attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Then, after speaking thus, the Bhagavan, holding the vajra in his hand with the fist of wisdom, extensively explained this true meaning, with a radiant smile on his face. He proclaimed the essence of the equality of all dharmas. Ah! Then the Bhagavan Tathagata Shakyamuni, who subdues all the unruly, also again explained this practice of the Prajnaparamita, called "Gathering Victory through the Equality of All Dharmas": The absence of elaboration of attachment is the absence of elaboration of hatred. The absence of elaboration of hatred is the absence of elaboration of ignorance. The absence of elaboration of ignorance is the absence of elaboration of all dharmas. Through the absence of elaboration of all dharmas, one should understand that the Prajnaparamita is the absence of elaboration. Vajrapani, whoever hears, upholds, recites, and meditates on this principle of the Prajnaparamita, even if they kill all beings born in the three realms for the sake of subduing, they will not fall into evil destinies, and will swiftly attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Then, the Bhagavan Vajrapani extensively explained the meaning of this Dharma nature, sealed the mudra called "Vajra Victorious over the Three Worlds," and with a wrathful expression, raised his eyebrows. With a burning gaze, a lotus face both wrathful and laughing, gnashing his teeth, standing with his left leg extended, from that place he spoke this essence called Vajra Hum (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Hum). Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum)! Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, having attained the Dharma nature of self-nature purity, again explained this principle of the Prajnaparamita, called "Wisdom Mudra of Avalokiteshvara, the Lord of Compassion, through the Equality of All Dharmas": With the complete purification of all attachment, all hatred in the world will also be completely purified. With the complete purification of all defilements, all sins in the world will also be completely purified. All dharmas

Because all places are completely pure, all sentient beings in the world become completely pure. Because all wisdom is completely pure, the Prajnaparamita in the world becomes completely pure. Vajrapani, if someone listens to, upholds, reads, and practices this principle of Prajnaparamita, even though they are in the midst of all desire and defilement, they will not be stained by the faults of desire, defilements, and sudden afflictions, just like a lotus. They will quickly realize the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara extensively explained the meaning of this place, with a very radiant face, like the opening of lotus petals, looking at those who are not stained by desire and other defilements, and for the sake of all sentient beings, spoke this essence called the various forms of the lotus. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, the lord of all three realms, again spoke this principle of Prajnaparamita called the essence of wisdom arising from the empowerment of all Tathagatas. Giving empowerment will lead to obtaining the kingship of all three realms. Giving wealth will lead to the complete fulfillment of all wishes. Giving Dharma will lead to obtaining the equality of all Dharmas. Giving material possessions will lead to obtaining all the happiness of body, speech, and mind. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Akashagarbha smiled radiantly, tying a garland of Vajra Jewel empowerment on his head, extensively explaining this meaning, and spoke this essence called the Jewel of the Vow of all empowerments. Then, the Bhagavan Tathagata, having obtained the wisdom mudra of all Tathagatas, holding the fist of all Tathagatas, the eternal Tathagata again spoke this principle of Prajnaparamita called the Vajra, the place of the wisdom mudra of all Tathagatas. Completely holding the body mudra of all Tathagatas is the same as all Tathagatas themselves.
