Having generated the mind of unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, sixty-four thousand sentient beings obtained the pure Dharma eye, free from dust and defilement. Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sadāprarudita, filled with great joy and delight, thought: "By asking about the Perfection of Wisdom and the teachings of the Tathāgatas who do not abide in the world, I have benefited so many sentient beings. I have truly obtained a great gain." Therefore, I have obtained the supreme root of virtue for accomplishing unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, and I will no longer doubt unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. I am certain that I will become a Tathāgata, Arhat, perfectly enlightened Buddha. Thinking this, filled with joy and delight, he rose into the sky to the height of seven palm trees and remained at that height. He thought: "I am staying in the sky to pay homage to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Dharmoddgata." Then, Indra, the lord of the gods, saw the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sadāprarudita manifesting miraculous powers, and knowing his thoughts through telepathy, he offered him celestial Mandārava flowers, saying: "Noble son, use these celestial flowers to pay homage to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Dharmoddgata, please pay homage to him! Noble son, I will protect you. Noble son, through your power, thousands upon thousands of beings have been benefited today. Noble son, sentient beings who strive for the benefit of all sentient beings and bear great burdens like you are truly rare to find!" Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Sadāprarudita took the Mandārava flowers from Indra, the lord of the gods, and scattered them, completely scattered them, thoroughly scattered them upon the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Dharmoddgata, and with his own body

Then, that merchant's daughter and those five hundred daughters said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Ever Weeping: 'Noble son, we also offer our bodies to you, may we also obtain those dharmas through this root of virtue. May we, together with you, repeatedly make offerings and respect to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the Bodhisattvas, regard them as teachers, and become close to them.' Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Ever Weeping said these words to the merchant's daughter and the five hundred daughters: 'Daughters, if you abide in me with a mind of exceeding intention, please give yourselves to me with a mind of exceeding intention, and in that case, daughters, I will accept you.' Those daughters said: 'We follow you with great exceeding intention, and for you, we offer ourselves to do whatever you wish.' Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Ever Weeping adorned the merchant's daughter and the five hundred daughters with all kinds of ornaments, and also adorned five hundred chariots, and offered all of them to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Dharma Victorious, for the purpose of serving and attending to him, saying: 'Noble son, I offer these maidservants, and also these five hundred chariots for your enjoyment, I offer them to you.' Then, the lord of the gods, Indra, gave words of praise to that noble son, saying: 'Noble son, well done, well done! Noble son, thus should Bodhisattva Mahasattvas completely give away all wealth.' With such a mind of complete giving, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas quickly realize the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment.
