And, the Blessed One said this to the venerable Subhuti: Subhuti, the Tathagata has spoken of the five aggregates in the world. Which five? Namely, form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. Subhuti, these five aggregates, the Tathagata has spoken of as the world. Subhuti asked: Blessed One, how does the Tathagata teach the aggregates through the Perfection of Wisdom? Blessed One, what does the Perfection of Wisdom teach? After saying this, the Blessed One said this to the venerable Subhuti: Subhuti, because it is imperishable and extremely imperishable, the five aggregates are the world. The Tathagatas teach this through the Perfection of Wisdom. Why is it said to be imperishable and extremely imperishable? Subhuti, because the nature of the aggregates is without self-nature, therefore it is the nature of emptiness. Subhuti, emptiness is not destroyed or extremely destroyed. Subhuti, in this way, this Perfection of Wisdom is taught to the world by the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones. Subhuti, the absence of characteristics, or the absence of aspirations, or the absence of activity, or the absence of birth, or the absence of entities, or the realm of Dharma is imperishable and extremely imperishable. Subhuti, in this way, this Perfection of Wisdom is taught to the world by the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Ones. Furthermore, Subhuti, relying on this Perfection of Wisdom, the Tathagata truly knows countless sentient beings and immeasurable sentient beings. Subhuti, how does the Tathagata, relying on this Perfection of Wisdom, truly know countless sentient beings and immeasurable sentient beings? Subhuti, because sentient beings are without self-nature, the Tathagata truly knows countless sentient beings and immeasurable sentient beings. Subhuti, in this way, relying on this Perfection of Wisdom, the Tathagata measures sentient beings.

Moreover, the Tathagata also fully and truly knows the countless and immeasurable sentient beings. Furthermore, because sentient beings have no substance, the Tathagata also fully knows the conduct of the minds of countless and immeasurable sentient beings. Subhuti, it is in this way that the Tathagata, relying on this Prajnaparamita, fully and truly knows the countless and immeasurable mental activities of countless and immeasurable sentient beings. Subhuti, thus, the Prajnaparamita is what the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Enlightened One, reveals to this world. Furthermore, Subhuti, relying on this Prajnaparamita, the Tathagata fully and truly knows the collected minds of countless and immeasurable sentient beings as collected minds. Subhuti, if you ask how the Tathagata, relying on this Prajnaparamita, fully and truly knows the collected minds of countless and immeasurable sentient beings as collected minds, it is that he fully and truly knows the exhausted nature of that collected and united mind, and the nature of exhaustion that is also not exhausted. Subhuti, it is in this way that the Tathagata, relying on this Prajnaparamita, fully and truly knows the collected minds of countless and immeasurable sentient beings as collected minds. Furthermore, Subhuti, relying on this Prajnaparamita, the Tathagata fully and truly knows the distracted minds of countless and immeasurable sentient beings as distracted minds. Subhuti, if you ask how the Tathagata, relying on this Prajnaparamita, fully and truly knows the distracted minds of countless and immeasurable sentient beings as distracted minds, Subhuti, from the perspective of the nature of reality, those distracted minds are without characteristics, those minds are imperishable, they are variously imperishable, they are undistracted, and the Tathagata fully and truly knows those minds. Furthermore, Subhuti, the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly knows the distracted minds of immeasurable beings as distracted minds. Again, Subhuti, the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly knows the immeasurable and inexhaustible minds of immeasurable and countless beings as immeasurable and inexhaustible minds. Subhuti, how does the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly know the immeasurable and inexhaustible minds of immeasurable and countless beings as immeasurable and inexhaustible minds? Subhuti, because it is immeasurable and inexhaustible like the sky, he truly knows that the mind is immeasurable and inexhaustible. That mind is blessed by the Tathagata, without cessation, without arising, without abiding, without support, immeasurable, and inexhaustible. Subhuti, thus the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly knows the immeasurable and inexhaustible minds of immeasurable and countless beings as immeasurable and inexhaustible minds. Furthermore, Subhuti, the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly knows the defiled minds of immeasurable beings as defiled minds. Subhuti, how does the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly know the defiled minds of immeasurable beings as defiled minds? Subhuti, those minds are not defiled by defilement, nor are they nominally established. Subhuti, thus the Tathagata, through this Perfection of Wisdom, truly knows the defiled minds of immeasurable beings as defiled minds. Furthermore, Subhuti, the Tathagata,
