་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྟུན་པ་ཤེས་བཞིན་ཅན་དྲན་པ་དང་ལྡན་པས། འཇིག་རྟེན་ལ་བརྣབ་སེམས་དང་། ཡིད་མི་བདེ་བ་རྣམ་པར་བསལ་ནས་ནང་གི་ལུས་ལ་ལུས་ཀྱི་རྗེས་སུ་ལྟ་ཞིང་གནས་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཕྱིའི་ལུས་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ནང་དང་ཕྱིའི་ཚོར་བ་རྣམས་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་དང་ཆོས་ལ་ཡང་རྒྱ་ཆེར་སྦྱར་བར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ནི་དྲན་པ་ཉེ་བར་གཞག་པ་བཞི་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །ཡང་དག་པར་སྤོང་བ་བཞི་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྡིག་པ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་མ་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་མི་སྐྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་འདུན་པ་སྐྱེད་འབད། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་རྩོམ། སེམས་རབ་ཏུ་འཛིན་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་འཇོག་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་སྡིག་པ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་སྤང་བའི་ཕྱིར་འདུན་པ་སྐྱེད་འབད། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་རྩོམ། སེམས་རབ་ཏུ་འཛིན་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་འཇོག་པ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་མ་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་བསྐྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་འདུན་པ་སྐྱེད་འབད། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་རྩོམ། སེམས་རབ་ཏུ་འཛིན་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་འཇོག་པ་དང་། དགེ་བའི་ཆོས་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་གནས་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་། མི་ཉམས་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་། ཤིན་ཏུ་རྒྱས་པར་བྱ་བ་དང་། ཕྱིར་ཞིང་འབྱུང་བར་བྱ་བ་དང་། ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འདུན་པ་སྐྱེད་འབད། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་རྩོམ། སེམས་རབ་ཏུ་འཛིན་ཡང་དག་པར་རབ་ཏུ་འཇོག་སྟེ། འདི་དག་ནི་ཡང་དག་པར་སྤོང་བ་བཞི་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་རྐང་པ་བཞི་གང་ཞེ་ན། རབ་འབྱོར་འདི་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་འདུན་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སྤང་བའི་འདུ་བྱེད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་རྐང་པ་དབེན་པ་ལ་གནས་པ། འདོད་ཆགས་དང་བྲལ་བ་ལ་གནས་པ། འགོག་པ་ལ་གནས་པ། རྣམ་པར་སྤོང་བས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྱུར་བ་བསྒོམ་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དང་། སེམས་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དང་། སྤྱོད་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་སྤང་བའི་འདུ་བྱེད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་རྐང་པ་དབེན་པ་ལ་གནས་པ། འདོད་ཆགས་ དང་བྲལ་བ་ལ་གནས་པ། འགོག་པ་ལ་གནས་པ། རྣམ་པར་སྤོང་བས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྒྱུར་བ་བསྒོམ་པ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ནི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་རྐང་པ་བཞི་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དབང་པོ་ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། དད་པའི་དབང་པོ་དང་། བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ་དང་། དྲན་པའི་དབང་པོ་དང་། ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གྱི་དབང་པོ་དང་། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་དབང་པོ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ནི་དབང་པོ་ལྔ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །སྟོབས་ལྔ་གང་ཞེ་ན། འདི་

那菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵是迟钝、有知、有念的。从世间去除贪婪和不适后,于内身观身而住,同样地于外身,同样地于内外之感受,同样地于心和法也应广大修习,这些称为四念住。何为四正断?于此,菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵为了不生起未生的罪恶不善之法而生起欲、精进、作意、如理作意;同样地,为了断除已生的罪恶不善之法而生起欲、精进、作意、如理作意;为了生起未生的善法而生起欲、精进、作意、如理作意;为了已生的善法得以住立、不衰退、极增长、广大、圆满而生起欲、精进、作意、如理作意,这些称为四正断。何为四神足?善现,于此,菩提萨埵摩诃萨埵具有欲三摩地,与断行相应的神足,安住于寂静,安住于离欲,安住于止息,修习以完全舍弃而转变;同样地,具有精进三摩地,以及心三摩地和行三摩地,与断行相应的神足,安住于寂静,安住于离欲,安住于止息,修习以完全舍弃而转变,这些称为四神足。何为五根?即:信根、精进根、念根、定根、慧根,这些称为五根。何为五力?即:

That Bodhisattva Mahasattva is slow, knowledgeable, and mindful. Having removed greed and discomfort from the world, he dwells contemplating the body in the inner body, similarly in the outer body, similarly in the inner and outer feelings, similarly in the mind and dharma, he should also practice extensively, these are called the four mindfulnesses. What are the four right abandonments? Here, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva generates desire, diligence, intention, and proper intention in order not to generate unwholesome and unwholesome dharmas that have not yet arisen; similarly, in order to abandon unwholesome and unwholesome dharmas that have already arisen, he generates desire, diligence, intention, and proper intention; in order to generate wholesome dharmas that have not yet arisen, he generates desire, diligence, intention, and proper intention; in order for wholesome dharmas that have already arisen to abide, not decline, greatly increase, expand, and be perfected, he generates desire, diligence, intention, and proper intention, these are called the four right abandonments. What are the four miraculous feet? Subhuti, here, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva has desire samadhi, the miraculous foot corresponding to the abandonment action, abiding in tranquility, abiding in detachment, abiding in cessation, practicing transformation with complete abandonment; similarly, having diligence samadhi, as well as mind samadhi and action samadhi, the miraculous foot corresponding to the abandonment action, abiding in tranquility, abiding in detachment, abiding in cessation, practicing transformation with complete abandonment, these are called the four miraculous feet. What are the five roots? Namely: the root of faith, the root of diligence, the root of mindfulness, the root of samadhi, and the root of wisdom, these are called the five roots.
