Furthermore, he does not truly see within the interval between form, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. He does not truly see outside the interval between form and consciousness. He does not truly see within and outside the interval between form and consciousness. He does not truly see consciousness as other than form. He does not truly see as other than feeling, perception, and formations. It is for the sake of consciousness being other than consciousness! For this category, the wandering artisan Skilful has developed faith. Having developed faith in this Dharma, he follows with faith in omniscience. Therefore, in order not to grasp all dharmas, he makes the nature of Dharma the measure. Since he does not attend to signs, in no way does he grasp any Dharma. That is how he believes. In order not to grasp all dharmas, he does not observe any Dharma that should be grasped or abandoned. In order to have no pride in all dharmas, he does not become proud even of nirvana. Venerable Lord, in order not to grasp all dharmas, he does not grasp any form. Similarly, he does not grasp feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness. Similarly, connecting them, in order not to grasp all dharmas, he does not grasp between all dharani gates and all samadhi gates. In order to have no death from this shore to the other shore, he does not become proud even of this Prajnaparamita. He does not completely pass into nirvana without fully perfecting from the four mindfulnesses to the eightfold noble path, and similarly, from the ten powers of the Tathagata to the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha. Why is that? Because, like this, those four mindfulnesses are not the four mindfulnesses, but are truly observed accordingly. Similarly, connecting them, until the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, those Buddha dharmas

In order to see without error and in accordance with reality, this is the Perfection of Wisdom in which a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva does not fully grasp form, and likewise, does not fully grasp feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness; similarly, extending this, does not fully grasp all dharani doors and all samadhi doors; from the four mindfulnesses up to the eightfold noble path; and similarly, extending this to the ten powers of the Tathagata and up to the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, one does not fully grasp. Venerable Blessed One, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, one should closely examine in this way: Alas! What is this Perfection of Wisdom? By what is this the Perfection of Wisdom? Whose Perfection of Wisdom is this? Why is it called the Perfection of Wisdom? One should examine in this way. When a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, one should also think thus: There is no dharma whatsoever and nothing to be apprehended; that is the Perfection of Wisdom. One should definitely think in this way. Then, the venerable Sharadvatiputra said this to the venerable Subhuti: Venerable Subhuti, what is it that is without dharma and without apprehension? He said: Because of emptiness of internal, because of emptiness of external, because of emptiness of both internal and external, because of emptiness of emptiness, because of great emptiness, because of ultimate emptiness, because of conditioned emptiness, because of unconditioned emptiness, because of emptiness beyond extremes, because of emptiness of beginningless and endless, because of emptiness of non-abandonment, because of emptiness of own-nature, because of emptiness of own-marks, because of emptiness of all dharmas, because of emptiness of non-apprehension, because of emptiness of non-entity, because of emptiness of essence, because of the self of non-entity.

Because of that very emptiness of nature. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! The Dharma of Prajnaparamita is non-existent and unapprehendable. Thus, combine it. The Dharma of Dhyana Paramita and the Dharma of Virya Paramita. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! Likewise, the Paramita of Patience, the Paramita of Morality, and the Dharma of the Paramita of Generosity are non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! Furthermore, because of the emptiness of inner nature, thus combine it. Because of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, form is non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! Likewise, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! Inner emptiness is also non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! Thus, combine it. Between the emptiness of the nature of non-things, it is non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! The mindfulnesses are non-existent and unapprehendable. Thus, combine it. Between the Noble Eightfold Path and the eighteen unmixed Dharmas of the Buddha from the ten powers of the Tathagata, they are non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! The six superknowledges are non-existent and unapprehendable. Suchness is non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! The Dharmata of Dharmas, the Dharmasthita, the Dharmaniyama, and the limit of reality are non-existent and unapprehendable. Stream-enterer is non-existent and unapprehendable, up to Arhat is non-existent and unapprehendable. Pratyekabuddha is non-existent and unapprehendable. Bodhisattva is non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! The name Buddha is non-existent and unapprehendable. O son of Sharadvati, endowed with life! Omniscience itself is also non-existent and unapprehendable. Sharadvati's son! When a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices Prajnaparamita, he thus contemplates and definitely thinks, thus contemplates, thus definitely thinks.
