Sharadvati's son, that Bodhisattva Mahasattva is called Immaculate. Sharadvati's son, furthermore, the immaculateness of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva is when, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, one does not see inner emptiness in outer emptiness, one does not see outer emptiness in inner emptiness, one does not see emptiness of emptiness in inner emptiness and outer emptiness, one does not see inner and outer emptiness in emptiness of emptiness, one does not see great emptiness in emptiness of emptiness, one does not see ultimate emptiness in great emptiness, one does not see conditioned emptiness in ultimate emptiness, one does not see unconditioned emptiness in conditioned emptiness, one does not see emptiness beyond extremes in unconditioned emptiness, one does not see emptiness without beginning and end in emptiness beyond extremes, one does not see emptiness without abandonment in emptiness without beginning and end, one does not see emptiness of inherent nature in emptiness without abandonment, one does not see emptiness of own marks in emptiness of inherent nature, one does not see emptiness of all dharmas in emptiness of own marks, one does not see emptiness of non-apprehension in emptiness of all dharmas, one does not see emptiness of non-entity in emptiness of non-apprehension, one does not see emptiness of own-being in emptiness of non-entity, one does not see emptiness of non-entity's own-being in emptiness of own-being, one does not see emptiness of own-being in emptiness of non-entity's own-being. Sharadvati's son, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practicing the Perfection of Wisdom in this way enters the immaculateness of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Sharadvati's son, furthermore, the immaculateness of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva is as follows: not relying on others and engaging in understanding what is taught by others, thereby perfecting the ten powers of the Tathagata, and this is also done in a non-apprehending manner. Engaging further in having no arrogance towards oneself and others, thereby perfecting the four fearlessnesses, and this is also non-apprehending.

It is practiced in a way that is not objectifying. With the wisdom that has completely abandoned the vehicles of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, one does not become arrogant about it, thereby perfecting the four individual correct knowledges. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. With sentient beings and non-sentient beings, one perfects great love. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. With self and no-self, one perfects great compassion. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. By being free from the thoughts of two kinds of knowledge, one perfects the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. By entering into emptiness that possesses all kinds of excellence, one perfects all-knowingness, knowledge of aspects of the path, and all-aspect knowingness. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. By seeing stinginess, immoral conduct, anger, laziness, distracted mind, and immoral wisdom as having no substance, one perfects the six perfections. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. By believing that all phenomena are without coming and going, one perfects the six superknowledges. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. By seeing all phenomena as emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, unarising, unceasing, unconditioned, and unproduced, one perfects the five eyes. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. By believing that all phenomena are non-abiding, one perfects the marks and excellent signs. This is also practiced in a way that is not objectifying. After he had spoken thus, the venerable Sharadvatiputra said this to the Blessed One: Venerable Blessed One, how does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practice the Perfection of Wisdom so that he goes on the path to enlightenment, and also enters the faultless state of a Bodhisattva, and is not overcome by anyone? The Blessed One said: Sharadvatiputra, when the Bodhi mind

When the Earth Courage Great Bodhisattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not take pride in the aggregate of form, and likewise, he does not take pride in it up to the aggregate of consciousness. He does not take pride in the eye sense-source, and likewise, he does not take pride in it up to the mind sense-source. He does not take pride in the form sense-source, and from there, he does not take pride in it up to the dharma sense-source. Likewise, he does not take pride in the eye element. He does not take pride in the form element. He does not take pride in the eye consciousness element, and likewise, applying it in this way, he does not take pride in the mind element. He does not take pride in it up to the dharma element. He does not take pride in the mindfulnesses, and from there, he does not take pride in it up to the Noble Eightfold Path. He does not take pride in the Perfection of Giving, and from there, he does not take pride in it up to the Perfection of Wisdom. He does not take pride in the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One. Likewise, he does not take pride in the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, great love, great compassion, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha. Likewise, he does not take pride in the fruit of stream-entry, and from there, he does not take pride in it up to an Arhat. Likewise, he does not take pride in self-awakening. He does not take pride in unsurpassed, perfect, and complete awakening. Sharadvatiputra, in this way, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva increases through the Perfection of Wisdom, he goes on the path of awakening and also enters the faultless state of a Bodhisattva, and no one can overcome him. Sharadvatiputra, furthermore, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, abiding in the Perfection of Wisdom, completely perfects the omniscient wisdom. With what kind of knowledge does he never fall into the evil realms and never decline among humans, and is not poor, and with what kind of body does the world of gods, humans, and asuras
