That which does not completely grasp up to the limit is going to the other shore. That is the Prajnaparamita of Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Those aspirations are not completely fulfilled, and until the eighteen unmixed Dharmas of the Buddha are not completely fulfilled, they will not completely pass away from sorrow in the intermediate state. Why is that? Those aspirations are not aspirations. Those powers are not powers. Those fearlessnesses are not fearlessnesses. Those individual correct knowledges are not individual correct knowledges. Until the unmixed Dharmas of the Buddha, those Dharmas of the Buddha are not Dharmas. Those are not Dharmas, and also not non-Dharmas. O Blessed One, because all Dharmas are not completely grasped, whatever does not completely grasp form, and up to the limit of reality,

Emptiness, the emptiness that transcends limits, the emptiness that has no beginning and no end, the emptiness that is without abandonment, the emptiness of inherent nature, the emptiness of all dharmas, the emptiness of self-character, the emptiness of non-apprehension, the emptiness of no-thing, the emptiness of essence, and the emptiness of the essence of no-thing. Shariputra, for this reason, the Perfection of Wisdom does not exist, nor is it apprehended. The Perfection of Meditation, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Morality, and the Perfection of Generosity do not exist, nor are they apprehended. Shariputra, inner emptiness also does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, even up to the emptiness of the essence of no-thing does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, because of inner emptiness and the emptiness of the essence of no-thing, form does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness do not exist, nor are they apprehended. Even up to the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment do not exist, nor are they apprehended. Supernormal cognition does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Even up to the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha do not exist, nor are they apprehended. Shariputra, suchness does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, the nature of dharmas, the realm of dharmas, the abiding nature of dharmas, the faultless nature of dharmas, even up to the limit of perfect reality do not exist, nor are they apprehended. Shariputra, the stream-enterer also does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, even up to the Arhat, the Pratyekabuddha, the Bodhisattva, and the Buddha do not exist, nor are they apprehended. Because of inner emptiness and the emptiness of the essence of no-thing, omniscience also does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Knowledge of the aspects of the path also does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, all-knowledge also does not exist, nor is it apprehended. Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva through wisdom

If a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva thus practices the Perfection of Wisdom, if the mind is not timid, not afraid, not frightened, not alarmed, and does not become agitated, then it should be known that the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva has not separated from the All-Knowingness. Then, the Venerable Shariputra said to the Venerable Subhuti, "Venerable Subhuti, why should a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva be known as not having separated from the All-Knowingness?" Subhuti said, "Venerable Shariputra, form is separate from the nature of form. When a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he truly understands this as it is. Venerable Shariputra, feeling, perception, mental formations, and consciousness are separate from the nature of consciousness. Venerable Shariputra, the Perfection of Giving is separate from the nature of the Perfection of Giving. Venerable Shariputra, the Perfection of Morality, the Perfection of Patience, the Perfection of Diligence, the Perfection of Meditation, and the Perfection of Wisdom are separate from the nature of the Perfection of Wisdom. Connect it in this way. Venerable Shariputra, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddhas are separate from the nature of the qualities of the Buddhas. The limit of reality is separate from the nature of the limit of reality." Shariputra said, "Venerable Subhuti, what is the nature of form like? What is the nature of feeling, perception, mental formations, and consciousness like? Venerable Subhuti, what is the nature between the limits of reality like?" Subhuti said, "Venerable Shariputra, the nature of form is without substance. The nature of feeling, perception, mental formations, and consciousness is without substance. Venerable Shariputra, the nature between the limits of reality is without substance. Venerable Shariputra, by this reasoning, thus form is separate from the nature of form. Feeling, perception, mental formations, and
