I know it for my own sake. Do not be arrogant in your thoughts. Other than keeping in mind the knowledge of all aspects, one does not even generate the thought of thinking with the eye. Shariputra, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom in this way, he strives to manifest the knowledge of clairvoyance to realize the divine eye. He also strives to manifest the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements, and he does not fall into the level of a Hearer or a Solitary Buddha. Other than fully awakening to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, he has no desire for any other Dharma. Through that clairvoyance, relying on the diamond-like samadhi, he abandons all habitual tendencies, connections, and afflictions. In this way, that knowledge is not knowledge, because it is inconceivable. He does not become arrogant due to the merit of striving to manifest the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements. That knowledge itself is unobservable, because its essence is emptiness, its essence is serenity, and its essence is unborn. I know it for my own sake. Do not be arrogant in your thoughts. Other than keeping in mind the knowledge of all aspects, one does not even generate thoughts about that knowledge. Shariputra, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom in this way, he strives to manifest the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements. Shariputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom in this way, the six clairvoyances will be perfected and become completely pure. Because the clairvoyances are completely pure, one will attain the knowledge of all aspects. Shariputra, Bodhisattva Mahasattva Those who practice the Perfection of Wisdom, because they do not cling to emptiness that transcends limits, abide in the Perfection of Generosity, and there are also those who cultivate the path of the knowledge of all aspects. Shariputra, Bodhisattva Mahasattva of Wisdom

Practicing the perfections, by the emptiness that transcends limits, there is no falling, and especially because there is no falling, one abides in the perfection of discipline. There are also those who train in the path of all-knowingness. Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, because of the emptiness that transcends limits, there is no confusion, so one abides in the Perfection of Patience. There are also those who train in the path of all-knowingness. Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, because of the emptiness that transcends limits, not abandoning the diligence of body and mind, one abides in the Perfection of Diligence. There are also those who train in the path of all-knowingness. Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, because of the emptiness that transcends limits, without distraction, one abides in the Perfection of Meditation. There are also those who train in the path of all-knowingness. Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, because of the emptiness that transcends limits, not focusing on the mind of corrupt wisdom, one abides in the Perfection of Wisdom. There are also those who train in the path of all-knowingness. Shariputra, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, practicing the Perfection of Wisdom in this way, because of the emptiness that transcends limits, there is no going and coming, and no grasping, one abides in the six perfections, and trains in the path of all-knowingness. Generosity is established because there is holding. Discipline is established because there is corrupt discipline. Patience is established because there is confusion. Diligence is established because there is laziness. Meditation is established because there is non-absorption. Wisdom is established because there is corrupt wisdom. There is no pride in having crossed over, and no pride in not having crossed over. Generosity and stinginess

There is no pride in being knowledgeable. There is no pride in discipline and lack of discipline. There is no pride in patience and conflict. There is no pride in diligence and laziness. There is no pride in meditative stabilization and non-stabilization. There is no pride in wisdom and corrupted wisdom. There is no pride in 'I have been insulted.' There is no pride in 'I have been venerated.' There is no pride in 'I have been respected.' There is no pride in 'I have not been respected.' Why is that? Shariputra, thus, the unborn does not take pride in 'I have been insulted.' He does not take pride in being venerated. He does not take pride in 'I have been respected.' He does not take pride in 'I have not been respected.' Why is that? Thus, the Perfection of Wisdom cuts off all pride. Shariputra, whatever qualities a Bodhisattva Mahasattva possesses by practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, those qualities are not possessed by all Hearers and Solitary Buddhas. He perfects those qualities, matures beings, purifies Buddha-fields, and attains all-knowingness. Shariputra, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom generates a mind of equanimity towards all beings. Because he generates a mind of equanimity towards all beings, he attains the equanimity of all dharmas. Because he attains the equanimity of all dharmas, he establishes all beings in the equanimity of all dharmas. At that time, he also pleases and delights all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. He also pleases and delights all Bodhisattvas, all Hearers, and all Solitary Buddhas. Wherever he is born, he will never see undesirable forms with his eyes, nor hear undesirable sounds with his ears.
