He also teaches the Dharma to them. With the realm of the divine ear, he can hear the sounds of both gods and humans. In the world of the eastern direction, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, he hears the Dharma taught by all the Tathagata Bhagavat, and after hearing it, he holds it as it is. Having held it as it is, he also teaches the Dharma to sentient beings as it is, speaking of generosity, or of morality, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, or of the noble truths, even up to speaking of dependent origination.

In those Buddha-fields as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, they go to the Blessed Buddhas and serve and honor them. Having served and honored them, they teach the Dharma to sentient beings with the wisdom of clairvoyance, teaching about generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, or about the noble truths, or about the arising of things. That knowledge of realizing the uncontaminated is exceedingly pure. That knowledge of realizing the uncontaminated is exceedingly clear. With that knowledge, they teach the Dharma to sentient beings, teaching about generosity, or about ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom, or about the noble truths, or about the arising of things. Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom in that way, they should realize the clairvoyances. Those who are very familiar with the clairvoyances will take on whatever kind of body they wish to take on, and they will do the work of sentient beings according to their wishes. They will not be stained by pleasure or pain. Subhuti, it is like this: for example, the emanation of a Tathagata does all that is necessary, but it is not stained by pleasure or pain. Subhuti, in the same way, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, abiding in the Perfection of Wisdom and playing with clairvoyance, teaches the Dharma according to their wishes in Buddha-fields as numerous as the sands of the Ganges in the ten directions, but they are not robbed by pleasure or pain. Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, they should play with clairvoyance in this way, striving to purify the Buddha-fields and ripen sentient beings. Subhuti, if a Bodhisattva Mahasattva has not purified the Buddha-fields and has not ripened sentient beings, they will not realize unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment.

Cannot fully attain Buddhahood. Raabjor, why is that? Because a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who does not possess the limbs of the path does not have unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Raabjor asked: World Honored One, what are those paths by which a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, having perfected the limbs of the path, will manifestly and completely awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment? The World Honored One said: Raabjor, all virtuous dharmas are the limbs of the path of a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Asked: World Honored One, by which limb of the path will one manifestly and completely awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, which are those virtuous dharmas that are the limbs of the path? The Twenty-Five Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, Chapter Seventy-Four. The World Honored One said: From the moment of generating the first thought, engaging in the virtuous dharma of generosity paramita, one does not fixate on it, and at the time of completely giving it away, because its nature is emptiness, this is generosity. One should completely give to this. I shall give, without fixating on these three. By the generosity paramita, one liberates oneself from samsara and also liberates others, this is the virtuous dharma of the limb of the path. From the moment of generating the first thought, engaging in the virtuous dharma of morality paramita, patience paramita, diligence paramita, meditation paramita, and wisdom paramita, one does not fixate on them, and at the time of cultivating wisdom, because its nature is emptiness, this is wisdom. I shall cultivate wisdom. I cultivate wisdom for this purpose, without fixating on these three. By the wisdom paramita, one liberates oneself from samsara and also liberates others, this is the virtuous dharma of the limb of the path. From the moment of generating the first thought, all the virtuous dharmas of emptiness of a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, as well as the dharmas that are aspects of enlightenment, and the truths of the noble ones.
