If one knows the suchness between all-knowing wisdom, one will know the essence and extensive explanations of all phenomena. I ask: Bhagavan, what is the suchness of form? The Bhagavan said: Suchness, in which one does not observe arising, does not observe ceasing, and does not observe change from abiding, this is the suchness of form. To this, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should train. I ask: Bhagavan, what is the suchness of feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness? What is the suchness between all-knowing wisdom? The Bhagavan said: Suchness, in which one does not observe arising, does not observe ceasing, and does not observe change from abiding, this is the suchness of feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness. To this, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should train. Suchness, in which one does not observe arising, does not observe ceasing, and does not observe change from abiding, this is the suchness between all-knowing wisdom. To this, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should train. If one knows the ultimate reality, one will know the essence and extensive explanations of all phenomena. I ask: Bhagavan, what is the ultimate reality? The Bhagavan said: The absence of limit is the ultimate reality. Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who train in this limit will know the essence and extensive explanations of all phenomena. If one knows the realm of dharma, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas will know the essence and extensive explanations of all phenomena. I ask: Bhagavan, what is the realm of dharma? The Bhagavan said: The absence of realm is the realm of dharma. In this realm of dharma, one does not observe cessation and complete cessation. Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who know the realm of dharma in this way will know the essence and extensive explanations of all phenomena. I ask: Bhagavan, how should one seek the essence and extensive explanations of all phenomena? The Bhagavan said: In any case, one should know that all phenomena are neither possessed nor not possessed. I ask:

The Bhagavan is not possessed, nor is he unpossessed. What are those dharmas? The Bhagavan said: Form is neither possessed nor unpossessed. Feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness are neither possessed nor unpossessed. The sense bases, elements, and dependent origination are neither possessed nor unpossessed. All perfections and all emptiness, and the thirty-seven wings of enlightenment are neither possessed nor unpossessed. The noble truths, meditative stabilizations, immeasurables, formless absorptions, liberations, the successive abidings of meditative stabilization, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, extrasensory perception, samadhi, and the gateways of dharani are neither possessed nor unpossessed. The ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha are neither possessed nor unpossessed. Up to the all-knowingness, it is neither possessed nor unpossessed. The realm of the conditioned is neither possessed nor unpossessed. The realm of the unconditioned is neither possessed nor unpossessed. Why is that? Because whatever becomes possessed or unpossessed does not have such an essence. Whatever does not have an essence is without entity. That which is without entity is neither possessed nor unpossessed by that which is without entity. Thus, all dharmas should be understood. Subhuti, this is the summary for the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas. The Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who is a beginner should train in this summary perfection. Abiding in the ten Bodhisattva grounds, one should train in the summary. The Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in this summary will come to know the summary and extensive explanations of all dharmas. They asked: Bhagavan, this is realized by the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas with sharp faculties. The Bhagavan said: Subhuti, this is the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva.

Even those with weak intellect can understand this. This is something that even Bodhisattva Mahasattvas with middling intellect can understand. This is something that even Bodhisattva Mahasattvas with balanced intellect can understand. There is no Bodhisattva Mahasattva who desires to learn that cannot understand this. This is not something that the lazy can understand. It is not something that those with weak diligence can understand. It is not something that those who have lost mindfulness can understand. It is not something that those with disturbed minds can understand. This is something that can be understood by those who have initiated diligence, are without laziness, and have mindfulness present. It is understood by those who wish to study on the irreversible ground and desire to attain omniscience. If one studies the Prajnaparamita as taught above, and studies the Paramita of Generosity, the Paramita of Discipline, the Paramita of Patience, the Paramita of Diligence, the Paramita of Meditation, and the Paramita of Wisdom, and thereby attains omniscience, then when that Bodhisattva Mahasattva engages in the Prajnaparamita, whatever deeds of Mara may arise, all of those, at the very moment of their arising, will be completely abandoned. Therefore, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who wish to fully grasp skillful means should study the Prajnaparamita. When Bodhisattva Mahasattvas engage in the Prajnaparamita, cultivate the Prajnaparamita, and diligently apply themselves to the Prajnaparamita, then in countless world realms, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who dwell and sustain life and teach the Dharma, pay attention to those Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who engage in the Prajnaparamita. Why is that? Because the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present, arise from these six Paramitas.
