is without. Thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices is practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, and has no manifest attachment to any dharma. Joyful one, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who thus learns is learning the Perfection of Wisdom, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who wishes to perfect all the perfections should learn the Perfection of Wisdom. Such learning is called excellent, called chief, called supreme, called sacred, called excellent, called abundant, called unsurpassed, called unmatched, called unequaled, called unequal and equal. Benefiting all the world, bringing happiness to all the world, becoming the protector of those without protectors, given by the Buddhas, praised by the Buddhas, abiding in this, the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas, even if they lift up and turn outward this three-thousand great thousand world realm with their right hand, those sentient beings would not know that this is lifting up the three-thousand great thousand world realm, nor would they know that it is being placed down. Why is that? Joyful one, the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, also because they have learned that very Perfection of Wisdom, have accomplished the unobstructed wisdom vision regarding the dharmas that have arisen in the past, future, and present. Joyful one, among all the trainings that exist, learning the Perfection of Wisdom is called excellent, called chief, called supreme, called sacred, called excellent, called abundant, called unsurpassed, called unmatched, called unequaled, called unequal and equal. Joyful one, whoever wishes to measure the extent of the Perfection of Wisdom, or to seek its limit, is merely wishing to measure the sky and seek its limit. Why is that? Joyful one, the Perfection of Wisdom is immeasurable. Joyful one, I have not shown a measure for the Perfection of Wisdom. Many names and, many words and, many syllables

The eyes and so on are limited, but the Prajnaparamita is limitless. Question: World Honored One, why is it that the Prajnaparamita has no limit? The World Honored One said: Good, because of the inexhaustible, the Prajnaparamita is limitless. Good, because of the secluded, the Prajnaparamita is limitless. Good, as many Tathagatas, Arhats, and Samyaksambuddhas as have appeared in the past, have arisen from this Prajnaparamita, and the Prajnaparamita has not been exhausted. Good, as many Tathagatas, Arhats, and Samyaksambuddhas as will appear in the future, will arise from this Prajnaparamita, and the Prajnaparamita will not be exhausted. Good, as many Tathagatas, Arhats, and Samyaksambuddhas as dwell and sustain in the ten directions of the world now, and the Buddhas, the World Honored Ones, who teach the Dharma, have arisen from this Prajnaparamita, and the Prajnaparamita has not been exhausted. Why is that? Good, to think that the Prajnaparamita can be exhausted is like thinking that space can be exhausted. The Prajnaparamita is inexhaustible, will not be exhausted, and will not be exhausted. The Dhyana Paramita, the Virya Paramita, the Kshanti Paramita, the Shila Paramita, and the Dana Paramita are inexhaustible, will not be exhausted, and will not be exhausted. The inner emptiness, the outer emptiness, the inner and outer emptiness, and the emptiness of the nature of non-things are inexhaustible, will not be exhausted, and will not be exhausted. The mindfulnesses, the right abandonments, the miraculous feet, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, and the noble eightfold path are inexhaustible, will not be exhausted, and will not be exhausted. The noble truths, the dhyanas, the immeasurables, the formless attainments, and the emptiness

Suchness itself, signlessness, wishlessness, and supernormal knowledges, liberations, samādhis, and dhāraṇī gateways are inexhaustible, imperishable, and will not be exhausted. The ten powers of the Tathāgata, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha are inexhaustible, imperishable, and will not be exhausted. Even omniscience is inexhaustible, imperishable, and will not be exhausted. Since these dharmas have no arising, how could they be exhausted? Then, the Blessed One extended his tongue and completely covered his entire face with his tongue. He then addressed the venerable Ānanda, saying, "Ānanda, what do you think? Would someone with such a tongue speak falsely or say something else?" Ānanda replied, "Blessed One, no. Well-gone One, no." The Blessed One said, "Ānanda, therefore, extensively teach this Prajñāpāramitā to the four assemblies. Speak, proclaim, tell, explain, thoroughly explain! Elucidate, distinctly explain! Make it clear! Accurately show it! Ānanda, extensively teach all the dharmas from this profound Prajñāpāramitā that those of the Śrāvakayāna, Pratyekabuddhayāna, and Bodhisattvayāna should learn, and how they should learn according to what is taught, so that they may abide in their respective grounds. Ānanda, this profound Prajñāpāramitā is the entry into all letters. Ānanda, this profound Prajñāpāramitā is the dhāraṇī gateway, from which Bodhisattva-mahāsattvas should learn all the dhāraṇī gateways. For those Bodhisattva-mahāsattvas who hold this dhāraṇī, all the gateways of fearlessness and analytical knowledge will manifest. Ānanda, this Prajñāpāramitā is the inexhaustible treasury of the sacred Dharma of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones of the past, future, and present, which I have taught. Ānanda, therefore, you should believe and understand it. Whatever Prajñāpāramitā
