Thus, it is shown to practice separately. The Blessed One said: Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not fixate on giving, does not fixate on the act of giving, does not fixate on the giver, and does not fixate on the receiver when giving. He guards morality without fixating on morality. He practices patience without fixating on patience. He exerts effort without fixating on effort. He enters into meditative stabilization without fixating on meditative stabilization. He cultivates wisdom without fixating on wisdom. He engages in supernormal knowledges without fixating on supernormal knowledges. He engages in the mindfulnesses without fixating on the mindfulnesses. He engages in the right abandonments without fixating on the right abandonments. He engages in the legs of magical power without fixating on the legs of magical power. He engages in the faculties without fixating on the faculties. He engages in the powers without fixating on the powers. He engages in the limbs of enlightenment without fixating on the limbs of enlightenment. He engages in the path without fixating on the path.

And practice the powers of the Tathagata. Practice the fearlessness in the absence of focus. Practice the individual perfect enlightenment in the absence of focus. Practice great love in the absence of focus. Practice great compassion in the absence of focus. Practice the Buddha's unshared dharmas in the absence of focus. In the absence of focus, ripen all sentient beings. In the absence of focus, purify the Buddha-field. In the absence of focus, manifest enlightenment and attain perfect Buddhahood. Subhuti, thus the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom in the manner of non-focus. Subhuti, if the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom in this way, then the extremely evil demons or the gods of the demon's retinue will find it difficult to gain an advantage over him. Having said this, the Venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: "Blessed One, when the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, how does he fully uphold the six perfections with one arising mind? How does he fully uphold the four meditations? How does he fully uphold the four immeasurables? How does he fully uphold the four formless absorptions? How does he fully uphold the four mindfulnesses? How does he fully uphold the four right abandonments? How does he fully uphold the four legs of miraculous power? How does he fully uphold the five faculties? How does he fully uphold the five powers? How does he fully uphold the seven branches of enlightenment? How does he fully uphold the eightfold noble path? How does he fully uphold the three doors of liberation? How does he fully uphold the four noble truths? How does he fully uphold the eight liberations? How does he fully uphold the nine successive abidings? How does he fully uphold the five superknowledges? How does he fully uphold the emptiness of the interior?
