应当精勤于此甚深般若波罗蜜多。 善现，复有菩萨乘之族姓子或族姓女，曾见无量百千佛，无量千佛，无量百千俱胝佛，于彼等处以专注之方式行布施，持戒，修忍辱，发精进，生禅定，修智慧。当宣说此甚深般若波罗蜜多时，彼等即从彼眷属中离开。菩萨乘之族姓子或族姓女彼等，当宣说此甚深般若波罗蜜多时，因无恭敬供养，故从彼等佛薄伽梵处离开。 何以故？如是，菩萨 乘之族姓子或族姓女彼等，于往昔之边际，当宣说此般若波罗蜜多时，即从彼眷属中离开。彼等于今时出现之时，当宣说此甚深般若波罗蜜多时，亦将从彼眷属中离开，身心不相随顺。 彼等乃是智慧退失之业等。彼等已作、已积智慧退失之业，当宣说此般若波罗蜜多时，即会舍弃。彼等舍弃此般若波罗蜜多故，过去、未来、现在诸佛薄伽梵之一切相智亦将舍弃。彼等舍弃一切相智，由彼所生之业，显现积聚，及造作、积聚增长罪业故，于多年、多百千年、多千千年、多百千千年、多俱胝年、多百千俱胝年、多千千俱胝年、多百千俱胝那由他年，将于有情地狱中焚烧。 彼等从大有情地狱至大有情地狱流转。

One should strive in this profound Prajñāpāramitā. Furthermore, Subhūti, any son or daughter of a noble family of the Bodhisattva Vehicle who has seen many hundreds of thousands of Buddhas, many thousands of Buddhas, many hundreds of thousands of kotis of Buddhas, and in their presence has given alms in a focused manner, kept the precepts, cultivated patience, exerted effort, developed meditation, and cultivated wisdom—when this profound Prajñāpāramitā is taught, they will depart from that assembly. Those sons or daughters of noble families of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, when this profound Prajñāpāramitā is taught, because of a lack of reverence, will depart from the presence of those Buddhas, the Bhagavat. Why is that? It is because those sons or daughters of noble families of the Bodhisattva Vehicle, even in the past, when this Prajñāpāramitā was taught, would depart from that assembly. Even when they appear now, when this profound Prajñāpāramitā is taught, they will depart from that assembly, and their body and mind will not be in harmony. These are the deeds that cause wisdom to decline. Because they have done and accumulated the deeds that cause wisdom to decline, when this Prajñāpāramitā is taught, they will abandon it. Because they have abandoned this Prajñāpāramitā, they will abandon the omniscience of all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present. Because they have abandoned omniscience, and because they have manifestly accumulated the deeds that arise from that, and because they have done and accumulated the deeds that increase sin, for many years, many hundreds of thousands of years, many thousands of thousands of years, many hundreds of thousands of thousands of years, many kotis of years, many hundreds of thousands of kotis of years, many thousands of thousands of kotis of years, many hundreds of thousands of kotis of nayutas of years, they will be burned in the hells for sentient beings. They will go from great hells for sentient beings to great hells for sentient beings.

Beings of the earth will be cast into the great hells. Beings of the northeast direction will be cast into the great hells. Beings of the southeast direction will be cast into the great hells. Beings of the southwest direction will be cast into the great hells. Beings of the northwest direction will be cast into the great hells. Beings of the lower direction will be cast into the great hells. Beings of the upper direction will be cast into the great hells. In those places, they will go from one great hell to another great hell. There, they will be completely destroyed by fire, or completely destroyed by water, or completely destroyed by wind. When they are thus completely destroyed by fire, or completely destroyed by water, or completely destroyed by wind, having died and transmigrated from there, because the karma of destroying the Dharma is not exhausted, they will be born here again. They will again go from one great hell to another great hell. Having been born there, they will experience the suffering of hell beings in those great hells. In those places, they will experience those sufferings of hell beings until they are completely destroyed by fire, or completely destroyed by water, or completely destroyed by wind. Having been completely destroyed by fire, or completely destroyed by water, or completely destroyed by wind, they will die and transmigrate from there, and will be born in the realms of the eastern world, sharing the same fate as those who dwell in the animal realm. Similarly, in the realms of the southern, western, and northern directions, as well as the northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest directions, and the lower and upper directions, they will be born sharing the same fate as those who dwell in the animal realm. They will also be born in the realm of Yama in the same way in all the realms of the ten directions. Having been born there, after the karma of experiencing much suffering is exhausted.
