་ལྟར་མིའི་ཡོ་བྱད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་མ་བྱིན་པར་བླངས་ན་དེ་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གང་གིས་མི་མ་ཡིན་པའི་ཡོ་བྱད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་བླངས་ཀྱང་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ཉེས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་གིས་མིའི་འཚོ་བ་དང་ཕྲལ་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། མིའི་འཚོ་བ་དང་ཕྲལ་ཀྱང་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་མཆིས་སམ། ཡོད་དེ། གང་རང་གི་ལག་གིས་མིའི་འཚོ་བ་དང་ཕྲལ་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མིའི་འཚོ་བ་དང་ཕྲལ་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་ཡང་ཡོད་དེ་གང་གིས་འདུ་ཤེས་གཞན་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་་་ལས་མིའི་འཚོ་བ་དང་ཕྲལ་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་གིས་མེད་ལ་མེད་བཞིན་དུ་མི་ལས་བླ་མར་གྱུར་པའི་ཆོས་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་སྨྲས་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། མེད་ལ་མེད་བཞིན་དུ་མི་ལས་བླ་མར་གྱུར་པའི་ཆོས་སྨྲས་ཀྱང་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་མཆིས་སམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཡོད་དེ། དེ་འདི་ལྟར་འདུ་ཤེས་བཅབས་ནས་བཀའ་ལ་ལུང་བསྟན་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རྡེང་ཡོད་དེ་བཀའ་ལ་ལུང་བསྟན་ན་ནི་དེ་ལ་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དངོས་པོ་གང་གིས་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ནོངས་པར་འགྱུར་བའི་དངོས་པོ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ནོངས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་མཆིས་སམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཡོད་དེ། དགེ་སློང་མས་ལུས་ལ་ཀུན་རེག་པར་བྱས་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་གིས་བྱས་ན་དེ་ལ་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ཉེས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་མས་ཤེས་བཞིན་དུ་དགེ་སློང་མའི་ཉེས་པ་སྦོམ་པོ་བཅབས་ན་སྐྱ་རེངས་ཤར་བ་དང་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ཉེས་་་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་གིས་བཅབས་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ཉེས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ཆོས་ བཞིན་དུ་འདུ་ཤེས་པས་དགེ་སློང་ལ་མ་མཐོང་བའི་ཕྱིར་སྤངས་པར་དགེ་སློང་མས་ཤེས་བཞིན་དུ་དེའི་རྗེས་སུ་ཕྱོགས་ནས་དེ་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ནང་དུ་ལན་གསུམ་གྱི་བར་དུ་བསྒོ་ཡང་སླར་མི་གཏོང་བ་ནི་ཕས་ཕམ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་ལ་བསྒོ་ནས་སླར་མ་བཏང་ན་ཕས་ཕམ་པའི་ཉེས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དངོས་པོ་གང་གིས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ལྷག་མར་འགྱུར་བའི་དངོས་པོ་དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ལྷག་མའི་ནོངས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་མཆིས་སམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཡོད་དེ། དགེ་སློང་གིས་བསམས་བཞིན་དུ་ཁུ་བ་ཕྱུང་ན་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ལྷག་མར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་མས་ཁུ་བ་ཕྱུང་ན་དེ་ལ་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ལྷག་མའི་ཉེས་པར་མི་འགྱུར་རོ། །དགེ་སློང་གིས་ལུས་ལ་ཀུན་ཏུ་རེག་ན་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་ལྷག་མར་འགྱུར་རོ། །

如果像那样,没有给予贵重的人用物品而拿走,那么他将因此而犯波罗夷罪。如果拿走非人的贵重物品,也不会犯波罗夷罪的过失。比丘如果断绝人的生计,将犯波罗夷罪,以及断绝人的生计却不犯波罗夷罪的情况存在吗?存在。如果亲自用手断绝人的生计,将犯波罗夷罪。也有断绝人的生计却不犯波罗夷罪的情况,即如果改变认知,从而断绝人的生计,则不犯波罗夷罪。比丘如果明明没有,却自称证得了超凡的法,将犯波罗夷罪,以及明明没有,却说证得了超凡的法,却不犯波罗夷罪的情况存在吗?世尊说:存在。如果像这样隐藏认知而作开示,将犯波罗夷罪。如果确实存在而作开示,则不会犯波罗夷罪。以某种事物会犯波罗夷罪的过失,而同样的事物却不会犯波罗夷罪的过失,这种情况存在吗?世尊说:存在。比丘尼如果全身接触身体,将犯波罗夷罪。比丘如果这样做,则不会犯波罗夷罪的过失。比丘尼如果明知故犯地隐瞒比丘尼的重罪,在天亮时将犯波罗夷罪。比丘如果隐瞒,则不会犯波罗夷罪。僧团如法地认为比丘不应见而舍弃,比丘尼明知故犯地追随他,并在僧团中劝诫三次也不返回,将犯波罗夷罪。如果劝诫比丘后不返回,则不会犯波罗夷罪的过失。以某种事物会成为僧残罪,而同样的事物却不会犯僧残罪的过失,这种情况存在吗?世尊说:存在。比丘如果故意射精,将成为僧残罪。比丘尼如果射精,则不会犯僧残罪的过失。比丘如果全身接触身体,将成为僧残罪。

If, in that manner, one takes valuable human belongings without giving them, then he will commit a Pārājika offense. If one takes valuable non-human belongings, he will not commit a Pārājika offense. If a bhikṣu separates a person from their livelihood, he will commit a Pārājika offense. Is there a case where separating a person from their livelihood does not result in a Pārājika offense? There is. If one personally separates a person from their livelihood with their own hand, he will commit a Pārājika offense. There is also a case where separating a person from their livelihood does not result in a Pārājika offense, which is when one alters the perception and thereby separates a person from their livelihood, he will not commit a Pārājika offense. If a bhikṣu, having nothing, claims to have attained a superior dharma, he will commit a Pārājika offense. Is there a case where, having nothing, he claims to have attained a superior dharma, but does not commit a Pārājika offense? The Blessed One said: There is. If one conceals their perception and makes a statement, he will commit a Pārājika offense. If one makes a statement based on what is actually present, then he will not commit a Pārājika offense. Is there a case where an object that causes a Pārājika offense does not cause a Pārājika offense? The Blessed One said: There is. If a bhikṣuṇī touches her body all over, she will commit a Pārājika offense. If a bhikṣu does so, he will not commit a Pārājika offense. If a bhikṣuṇī knowingly conceals a serious offense of a bhikṣuṇī, she will commit a Pārājika offense at dawn. If a bhikṣu conceals it, he will not commit a Pārājika offense. If the Saṅgha, according to the Dharma, decides that a bhikṣu should be expelled because he is not to be seen, and a bhikṣuṇī knowingly follows him, and even after being admonished three times within the Saṅgha, does not return, she will commit a Pārājika offense. If she admonishes a bhikṣu and he does not return, she will not commit a Pārājika offense. Is there a case where an object that causes a Saṅghādisesa offense does not cause a Saṅghādisesa offense? The Blessed One said: There is. If a bhikṣu intentionally ejaculates, he will commit a Saṅghādisesa offense. If a bhikṣuṇī ejaculates, she will not commit a Saṅghādisesa offense. If a bhikṣu touches his body all over, he will commit a Saṅghādisesa offense.
