If I have offended your heart, I am deeply sorry. However, even if successful, I am determined to do it." Having said this, he prepared the goods for going to the holy land and made the caravan leader happy. He also made a prostitute with outstanding appearance and age, and adorned with various jewels, as the wife of the caravan leader. They gradually looked for business opportunities in villages, cities, suburbs, and royal palaces, and finally arrived in the holy land. The tyrant king Rabnang heard that a caravan leader with a lot of wealth had arrived. After hearing this, he personally went to the land of wealth and asked those guests, "Wise men, where is the house of the caravan leader?" They replied, "The house of the caravan leader is here." The king went there, sat at the door, and asked, "Where is the caravan leader?" They replied, "He has already gone out." The king asked, "Who is here?" They replied, "The wife of the caravan leader is here." The king opened the door and went inside, and he saw that the caravan leader's wife was so outstanding in appearance and age that she surpassed all the women in the holy land. After seeing her, he became very infatuated and said, "Beautiful woman, if you enjoy happiness with me, I will lose the caravan leader's bet." She replied, "If so, sit on this bed." Driven by desire, he didn't care about anything and sat there. The king's men closed the door, put him in a box, and four people carried him, singing songs, and entered the holy land from one door. There, some clapped their hands, some mocked, and some sang this song: The bees devoured the moon! Vaishravana is driven away by the housekeeper! The earth together with the forest flies to the sky! The prostitute seduced Rabnang! The people of the holy land thought: Why are these merchants saying that? They came out from another door, cut the rope, and ran away. Those who survived also searched for the king each other and gradually went to कौशाम्बी (Kauśāmbī). The ministers said to King Sharwa: God,

Please be aware. Someone reported: King Rana has been brought here. King Sharva said: Wise men, seize him today and let him learn the work of weaving. King Rana has come here, let no one say anything to Noradata, and this shall also be promulgated as law. After some time, King Sharva's son, Noradata, and his entourage came to the top of the palace and sat down. When the tyrant King Rana came out of the weaving workshop for some matter, King Sharva saw him. He said to Noradata: Do you know who that person is? He also observed for a long time, and because that king was naked, he recognized him. He sat with tears in his eyes, thinking: This wicked king has brought my father to this state. If I don't kill this wicked king, I am not Noradata. I will kill him without him noticing. That king was also clever, and knowing that he was angry, he ordered the attendant: Attendant, go and avenge me, take the tyrant King Rana, give him a bath, give him food, and send him to King Aya with great respect. He also sent him to King Aya as instructed. Noradata thought: If I try to kill him, this cunning fellow will notice, so I should deceive him with a short time. So, he smiled at him for a while, expressed joy, played with him, and deceived him with various pleasures. Then, he wore dirty clothes and lay on a net-like bed. King Sharva's son said: What does this goddess have to say? She said: There is a conflict between the gods. He said: Is there no goddess? What other vows have you made? She said: The vow I made cannot be fulfilled. The king said: What vow did you make? What makes you unhappy, tell me, and I will fulfill everything for you. Don't be unhappy. She said: When my father seized the gods and offered them, I said to the gods: If I

If the deity and I go to Kaushambi together smoothly, there, the deity and I will not eat for seven days, and after seven days have passed, the deity should be wrapped with garlands of flowers from the tips of his toes to the crown of his head, and made to sit on the fence. After I have completed my asceticism, I will give food to a thousand Brahmins and offer great offerings and respect. If I vow this, now that the retinue of the queen has become so large, I wonder for what reason she would do such a thing? I thought this way. In short, it has been told to Gumlag. The king said: Goddess, your prayers to the deity are actually only for my sake, come, and everything will be accomplished. Having said this, she stood up and tied two puppies near the fence, and then, according to how much meat they could eat, she kept increasing the amount of meat and giving it to them. When those two puppies could eat that much meat, she stayed with the king for seven days, and she ate at night. King Sharva, being infatuated with that wife, did not eat for seven days, so his body became pale and emaciated, his flesh diminished, and he became weak and dull. After seven days had passed, the god of wealth ordered the garland weavers to say: Familiar ones, quickly weave fragrant flowers and bring them here. He also ordered the master of ceremonies to say: Today the deity's asceticism is completed, you must decorate the city and prepare food for a thousand Brahmins, as well as for the king, the queen's retinue, the youths, the ministers, and the assembly of the city's inhabitants. In order not to let the other ministers notice, he assigned them to work in different places. The master of ceremonies, being close to and infatuated with the king, removed the stones, bricks, and tiles from the city, sprinkled it with sandalwood water, placed fragrant incense burners, raised flags and banners, hung strings of pearls and silk ribbons, scattered all kinds of flowers, making it like the pleasure garden of the gods, filled with joy everywhere, and playing various kinds of music in every place.
