It is heard that the opponents gave to the hidden Brahmins. Having heard this, all the king's friends became very angry and summoned all the young men, saying: Young men, do not stay in my country, go away! After that, all the young men were abandoned by the savior, and thought: I have strived for Bodhi, and put on the armor of diligence in order to subdue all the world, so I also released that elephant. Therefore, by staying at home, give alms as much as possible. By relying on the ascetic forest, one must certainly do excellent deeds. The words 'If begged, do not give' cannot be spoken. Therefore, I will leave home and go to the ascetic forest. Having made such a high vow in his heart, the Bodhisattva went to his wife, the bountiful giver, and spoke to her in detail. After that, as soon as the bountiful giver heard this, fearing separation from suffering, she joined her palms and said to the Bodhisattva: Prince, if that is the case, then I will also go to live in the ascetic forest. If I am separated from the Prince, I will not be able to survive even for a moment. That is because, just as the sky is empty without the moon, the earth is empty without crops, and the lotus is empty without water, so is a woman empty without a family. The Bodhisattva said: We will inevitably separate in the end, this is the nature of the world. You are accustomed to the best food, drink, bedding, and clothing, and your body is very comfortable, but in the ascetic forest, you will sleep on grass and leaves, and eat roots, flowers, and fruits. You will walk on land full of grass, durva grass, sharp stones, grass, and thorns. You will often rely on a single meal. You must serve all beings yourself. You must strive to offer to all who come suddenly. Even there, I will certainly give alms as much as I can, and you must not regret it at all. Therefore, think about it carefully again for a while! The bountiful giver said: Prince, I will follow the Prince no matter what.

The Bodhisattva said: If so, please remember that vow. Then the Bodhisattva went to his father, bowed his head, and said: Father, please grant me the elephant for alms. Whatever mistakes there may be, please forgive me, Lord of the Earth. I will go from the city to the monastery, and the treasury of the people's ruler will not be emptied. Then the king, overwhelmed by the pain of separation from his son, said in a trembling voice: Son, please stay in the intention of giving. The Bodhisattva said: Even if the earth with mountains, if it changes, Lord of the Earth, I will not change my mind from giving. Having said that, he left. Then, together with his son, daughter, and wife, he got into the chariot, and departed from that sacred city, with hundreds and thousands of courtiers and people following, wailing. Then he also heard the sound of someone crying and wailing. He also saw a large crowd of people coming to the city gate, and asked a person: Hey, chamberlain, why is this large crowd of people mourning? That person said: Wise ones, don't you know? It is because the ruler of the people has banished his son with beautiful teeth, whose steadfast character is very fond of giving. He is going to the edge of the forest with his son and wife, and the courtiers are gathered together, crying very sadly. Then the Bodhisattva appeared as much as possible to the courtiers who came out of that sacred city, and said: Wise ones, go back, go back! Thus, even the happiness that has been with us for a very long time will inevitably lead to inevitable separation in the end. Being with relatives and friends is like a tree for resting on the road, and in the end, it will inevitably be separated from happiness. That is because all beings in the world are not independent, thinking that they will eventually be separated from their loved ones, you must use all the efforts in the world, for the sake of peace, to firmly maintain wisdom. Then, after three hundred yojanas had passed, the Bodhisattva was seen by a Brahmin, and appeared.

Having arrived, he said: "Noble young prince, I have heard of your virtues and have come here from a place three hundred yojanas away. You should grant me this excellent chariot, so that my labor may bear fruit." Then, the almsgiving mother became displeased and spoke harshly to the Brahmin: "Alas! What is there to beg from the son of the lord even in the forest? This Brahmin has a heart devoid of compassion. The son of the lord has lost the glory of the lord, should there not be compassion for him here?" The Bodhisattva said: "Do not scold the Brahmin. Why is that? Almsgiving mother, if these who desire wealth do not come to ask, then without giving, who can attain enlightenment on earth? By the method of giving and the six perfections, Bodhisattvas with excellent qualities constantly attain the supreme omniscience." Then, the Bodhisattva, greatly pleased, gave the chariot with horses to the Brahmin and said: "Brahmin, with this chariot that removes the stain of miserliness, may I attain here the great chariot of the undefiled Dharma, surrounded by great sages." Then, All-Giving, with a joyful heart, gave that excellent chariot to the Brahmin, and carried the black-haired youth on his shoulders. The almsgiving mother carried the young Net-eyed girl and set out for the hermitage, gradually entering the hermitage. Then, All-Giving, in that hermitage, took up the ascetic practices that pleased his heart and remained there. After some time, the almsgiving mother went out from the hermitage in search of roots and fruits. A Brahmin came to All-Giving and said: "Noble young prince, you should become king! We have no servants, and we wander together in the thickets. For this reason, you should give me the two children." Having said this, the Bodhisattva All-Giving hesitated slightly in his heart when giving away his beloved children. Then, that Brahmin said to the Bodhisattva All-Giving: "Noble young prince, I have heard that you give everything, why are you like this now?"
