Naga Vajra ni Vidye Hum. Om Naga Vajra Bodha Kare Hum. This is the order of praise and offering. I prostrate to the Bhagavan Vajradhara. If you want to bring down hail, make a square mandala. On it, pile up five kinds of complete, infinite serpent forms, eating utensils, five kinds of offerings, various poisons, mustard seeds and other substances, and various unpleasant odors. In the skull of a deceased person with a bad reputation, pour grease, a black dog, a black donkey, a black horse, and their blood. The outside of the skull should also be smeared. Pour a large amount of grease and half of the blood into a small hole, and place it as a material for exorcism. Pour the water from the hail into the skull.
