They have entered thoroughly into the assemblies. Then, visualize the syllable Om, etc., gradually dissolving. As much as desired, bless with the three syllables, and with the blazing mudra and its mantra, invite the complete mandala wheel to be present in front. After offering with Rha, etc., proceeding first, visualize the moon that has become complete with Ali and Kali, which is the nature of the sun, residing within the two hands, and recite the mantra such as Anya-onya, etc., proceeding first. The moon, sun, and syllable Hum have become complete, and place the vessel of nectar on the two hands joined in vajra mudra, or contemplate it clearly. For the purpose of making that bali offering my own, recite the goddess Tsema, etc. Then, visualize the object of offering, the offerer, and the offering as inseparable, and that vessel of nectar, starting from the east among the directions, circumambulate to the left. Starting from the fire corner among the corners, circumambulate to the right, and with the white-tongued one born from Hum, offer the bali offering to the deities of the three wheels by reciting the mantra such as Om Kara, etc., once. Offer to the Bhagavan Prajnaparamita and the Dakinis, etc., and to the Crow-faced Mother, etc., circumambulating as appropriate. Invite by reciting the mantra such as Vajra-arali, etc., one, two, three, four, five times, and offer cool water for washing the face, and a face towel and umbrella, etc. After offering with the Vina Mothers, etc., praise with praises such as Peace, etc. Pray for the accomplishment of the desired purpose. Then, to the guardians of the directions residing in the eight charnel grounds, as before, in the directions and corners, give the bali offering with the mantra such as Om Kha, etc. The rest is easy to understand.

One should please them with the lotus wheel mudra. After dissolving the mudra, snapping the fingers and thumb with a gesture of obvious embrace, saying "Om Vajra Muh! Om, Vajra, Muh)", and requesting them to depart, one should place that wheel upon oneself. The ritual of hand offerings should also be understood from the Tantras of Universal Practice. As the spoken ritual, after purifying, recite the location of the Raṃ syllable on the left hand's ring finger and nearby places. After purifying as in the ritual, smear two triangular mandalas with intoxicants. In the center of that, visualize a circular mandala, arising from the seed syllable in the heart, or the container and contents mandala of the Bhagavan attracted by its rays. Then, offering food and drink perfected as the nature of the five nectars, etc., with the three syllables or the eight-line mantra, taking the intoxicant transformed into nectar from the lotus vessel with the thumb and ring finger, offer it to the Bhagavan and Bhagavati with their respective heart mantras and near-heart mantras. First, from the Dakini to the Yama-destroying Mother, praise them with their respective mantras, making them pleased. Then, to complete the offering and compensate for any deficiencies in the ritual, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, requesting blessings for the Tsok, saying "Om Yoga Shuddhaḥ Sarva Dharma Yoga Shuddho 'haṃ! Om, Yoga, Pure, All, Dharma, Yoga, Pure, I)", and pleasing them with the lotus wheel mudra, dissolving the mudra and with a gesture of embrace as a prelude, just like the Vajra assembly's Dīka, saying "Om Vajra Muh! Om, Vajra, Muh)" requesting them to depart, and then fully placing that wheel upon oneself. Taking the intoxicant located in that and that place, taking it with the ring finger, smearing it on the heart, tongue, and crown of the head, with the recitation of the syllables Hūṃ Āḥ Oṃ as a prelude, and one should see that the deity wheel located on that hand is also fully absorbed into oneself.
