རྣམ་པར་བཅིངས། །ལུས་ཅན་མ་ ལུས་གཞན་དབང་འགྱུར།།མགོ་བོ་ཚངས་པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཉིད། །དྲིལ་བུ་ཤེས་རབ་རང་བཞིན་ཕྱིར། །ཡིག་འབྲུ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་མགོ་བོ་རྣམས། །རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ནི་རྣམ་པར་མཛེས། །མགུལ་གྱི་ནོར་བུ་ཕྲེང་བས་བརྒྱན། །གྲུབ་པའི་གནས་ནི་ཀུན་གྱི་བདག་།མཆེ་བ་བཞི་དང་རབ་ལྡན་ པས།།བདུད་བཞི་རྣམ་པར་དྲལ་བར་མཛད། །ཚེམས་ཕྲེང་རྟག་ཏུ་གཉིས་མེད་པ། །མེ་སྟག་ཚོགས་དང་ཡང་དག་ལྡན། །ཕ་རོལ་ཕྱིན་དྲུག་རྣམ་དག་པ། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དྲུག་གིས་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན། །ནམ་མཁའི་གོས་ཀྱི་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས། །སྟག་གི་པགས་པ་ཆ་མེད་པར། །ཀུན་ གྱི་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི།།སྟོང་པའི་སྦྱོར་བས་གཡས་བརྐྱང་པ། །ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཡི་ཁྱད་པར་ལས། །དེས་ན་གཡས་བརྐྱང་བ་ཞེས་བཤད། །གཡོན་པའི་ཡན་ལག་བསྐུམ་པ་ཞེས། །ཚིག་ཏུ་བརྗོད་པས་གཡས་བརྐྱང་བ། །མཚན་ཉིད་ཡང་དག་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན། །དཔལ་ལྡན་ཧེ་ རུ་ཀ་འབྱུང་བ།།འཁོར་ལོ་ཚོགས་ནི་ཀུན་དུའོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་གཞན་གྱི་ལུགས་དག་གིས། །གཡས་པའི་ཞབས་ནི་བསྐུམ་པར་འདོད། །བློ་བཟང་ཁ་ཅིག་གར་ཡང་བྱེད། །གཉིས་ཀ་འདོད་པ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །གཡོན་ན་གཡོན་པ་སྐྱེ་བོས་མཛེས། །དོན་མཆོག་ཐམས་ཅད་སྦྱིན་པར་ ནུས།།གཡོན་གྱིས་རྟག་ཏུ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པའི། །གནོད་པ་ཀུན་ལས་འཇིགས་རྒྱལ་བྱེད། །གང་ཕྱིར་སྡོམ་པ་གཙོ་བོ་ཡིས། །ངེས་པར་ཐམས་ཅད་གཡོན་ལས་འབྱུང་། །དེ་ཕྱིར་ཆོ་གས་ནུས་པ་ཀུན། །ལས་ནི་གཡོན་པས་རྟག་ཏུ་བྱ། །སེམས་དང་སེམས་མིན་འགོག་པའི་ལམ། །མཚོ་ སྐྱེས་སུ་ནི་བུས་གང་མཚོན།།རྡོ་རྗེ་མཐར་ནི་རྣམ་བྱུང་བའི། །རོ་མཉམ་རྩེ་གཅིག་དེ་ཡིན་ཏེ། །ཕག་མོ་སྦྱོར་མཆོག་སྐྱེས་འཛིན་རིག་།གང་ཕྱིར་གཙོ་བོར་གནས་པ་ནི། །ལྷ་མོ་མཆོག་གནས་སྡོམ་པ་སྟེ། །དེ་ཕྱིར་གཡོན་པའི་ཆོ་གས་བརྒྱན། །ཉི་ཟླ་རྣམ་དག་སྲིད་ལས་སྐྱེས། །རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ ནི་རོ་མཉམ་དེ།།པདྨ་མཆོག་གི་གནས་སུ་ལྷུང་། །རི་སྐྱེས་རང་བྱུང་ཡང་དག་ལྡན། །ཌེ་ནི་མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཁམས་སུ་རབ་ཏུ་བརྟགས། །ནམ་མཁའ་ཀུན་དུ་རྒྱུ་གྲུབ་པས། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བར་བརྗོད། །དེ་ལས་སྐྱེས་པ་གཟུགས་ཇི་བཞིན། །གཟུགས་ཅན་ མ་ཞེས་མངོན་པར་བརྗོད།།གཟུགས་ལས་རིམ་པས་སྐྱེས་པ་ཉིད། །མཚོན་པར་ཡང་ནི་དུམ་སྐྱེས་མ། །གང་ཡང་མཛེས་པས་ཡོངས་གདབ། །སྐྱེས་པ་བུད་མེད་ལས་བྱུང་བ། །མཚན་མ་ཀུན་ནི་ཡོངས་སུ་རྫོགས། །དེས་ན་ལཱ་མར་རབ་ཏུ་གྲགས། །ང་རྒྱལ་ལ་སོགས་ཀུན་བྲལ་བ། །དེས་ན་བླ་ རེ་རུ་ནི་གྲགས།།པདྨ་ཆོ

彻底束缚， 所有有情皆受他力支配。 头是梵天的自性， 铃是智慧的自性。 五十字母的头部们， 自性显现各种庄严。 颈部以珍宝璎珞装饰， 是成就处所一切之主。 具备四颗獠牙， 彻底破开四魔。 牙齿的行列恒常无二， 与火星之众完全具备。 六度波罗蜜清净无染， 以六印妥善庄严。 以虚空之衣的自性， 毫不间断的虎皮。 所有一切的众生们， 以空性的结合右伸展。 由于嘿噜嘎的殊胜之处， 因此说为右伸展。 左边的肢体收缩， 以言语表达为右伸展。 是如实获得其相状。 吉祥嘿噜嘎生起， 一切皆于轮涅之聚。 其他论师的宗派认为， 右脚是收缩的。 有些聪慧者随意而为， 但这两种都不应理。 左边，左方以众生庄严， 能施予一切殊胜义。 左方恒常使瑜伽士， 从一切损害中战胜怖畏。 因为主要的誓言， 必定一切皆从左方生起。 因此，所有仪轨的能力， 事业恒常以左方行持。 遮止心与非心的道路， 以海生莲花表示充满儿子。 金刚的尽头显现的， 是味等同、顶峰唯一。 猪母是结合之最、持生明妃。 因为主要安住之处， 是殊胜明妃的誓言。 因此以左方的仪轨庄严。 日月清净从存在中生起， 自性即是味等同。 落于殊胜莲花之处， 具备山生、自生。 名为“德”（ḍe，梵文天城体：डे，罗马音：ḍe，汉语字面意思：德），是空行母， 于佛陀界中善加观察。 由于于一切虚空中游行成就， 故说名为“空行母”。 从彼所生，如其形相， 明显宣说为“有形母”。 从形相次第所生者， 也表示为“分段生母”。 任何以美妙而完全装饰者， 从男女所生者， 一切相好皆圆满。 因此极名为“拉玛”。 远离我慢等一切， 因此名为“拉热”。

The six perfections are pure and undefiled, Adorned well with the six seals. With the nature of the garment of space, The uninterrupted tiger skin. All beings of all, With the union of emptiness, the right extends. Due to the distinction of Heruka, Therefore it is said to be the right extension. The left limb is contracted, Expressing in words as the right extension. It is truly obtaining its characteristics. The glorious Heruka arises, Everything is in the gathering of samsara and nirvana. Other teachers' schools believe, The right foot is contracted. Some intelligent ones do as they please, But both of these are not reasonable. On the left, the left is adorned by beings, Able to bestow all supreme meanings. The left always makes the yogi, Victorious over fear from all harms. Because the main vows, Certainly everything arises from the left. Therefore, all the power of the rituals, The actions are always performed with the left. The path of stopping mind and non-mind, Is represented by the sea-born lotus filled with sons. At the end of the vajra, what appears, Is the taste being equal, the peak being one. The sow is the best of unions, the vidya holding birth. Because the main dwelling place, Is the vow of the supreme vidya. Therefore adorned with the rituals of the left. The pure sun and moon arise from existence, Its nature is the taste being equal. Falling into the place of the supreme lotus, Possessing mountain-born, self-born. Named "Ḍe" (藏文：ཌེ་，梵文天城体：डे，梵文罗马拟音：ḍe，汉语字面意思：德), is a dakini, Well observed in the Buddha realm. Because of traveling and accomplishing in all space, Therefore it is said to be "Dakini". Born from that, like its form, Clearly proclaimed as "Form Mother". Those born in sequence from form, Also represented as "Segmented Birth Mother". Whoever is completely adorned with beauty, Those born from men and women, All marks are completely perfect. Therefore extremely named "Lama". Free from all pride and so on, Therefore named "Lare".
