A short, fat fellow with very large eyes and mouth, ugly in appearance and pale in complexion, appeared and said, 'You must tell a detailed history of this Vajradhara (Diamond Holder) statue.' I said, 'Let alone the history, I don't even know the reason, what can I tell? Who are you? Where are you from?' He said, 'I am your uncle, residing by the sea of Nālandā, the Vikramaśīla monastery, in the heart of Vairochana (the Illuminator), etc. Not fixed to one place. I am also following you. Now, this is where I reside.' Saying this, he pointed his finger at the threshold of the Gur Gon temple. I thought to myself, 'I don't have such an uncle.' Could this be Gur Gon? Even if it were a Dharma protector, it shouldn't be like this. Dharma protectors have unimaginable majesty, glory, and retinues, etc., but this fellow is short, fat, and has a big head, lacking glory.' I thought, 'Do you know the history? If you know, tell me.' He said, 'Of course, I know, I will tell you tomorrow morning. Don't think like that, if I show myself in true form, you will be frightened.' As soon as he said that, his complexion turned dark blue, and the three realms seemed to be shaking. His eyebrows, beard, and hair spread like fire, large and thick. With a terrifying and majestic posture, he prepared to leave. My faith increased even more, but the fear was unbearable. As he left, I thought, 'Will he destroy the Gur Gon temple?' Just as I was at a loss, he let out a fierce roar, and with a dance-like step, he entered the Vajradhara temple and disappeared. On the night of the third day, I heard a voice without seeing a figure. 《The History of Titung Vajradhara》 The History of Titung Vajradhara: The history of this Vajradhara, which is no different from the five self-arisen wisdoms, is as follows: Long ago, in the sacred land of India, there lived a great scholar named Tilopa Jñānabhadra, and it is said that this was his sacred object. Vajradhara is the embodiment of the Dharmakaya (Body of Truth) accomplishment. Tilopa was a scholar who did not depend on others, but in reality, he was merely Vajradhara manifesting in the form of a human drama. He did not rely on others but received the Dharma directly from Vajradhara. One day, as he was absorbed in the meditation of Dzogchen (Great Perfection), he saw a mass of light appear in the sky and heard a great Dharma sound. He saw that Vajradhara's body was blue and precious. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

He wears various bone ornaments, his hands crossed at his heart, holding a vajra bell and vajra, adorned in the attire of the Sambhogakāya (enjoyment body), gazing with sharp eyes, and says: 'Son of lineage, the emptiness Dharmakāya (truth body) is the ultimate truth, without birth or death. Neither arising nor ceasing, it is the essence of self-awareness. This Dharmakāya, self-manifesting and self-liberating in emptiness, is the great enjoyment of the complete Sambhogakāya beyond birth and death.' After saying this, I developed immense devotion. He said: 'Create one like me.' Some light vanished, some light dissolved into itself. As he wished to create a form like the Lama Sambhogakāya, a voice came from the sky saying: 'In Kamalashila Vihara and Yangpachen, there are causes for accomplishing the form, go there.' As soon as the words were spoken, he went to Kamalashila Vihara built by bird claws. There was a form made of Jhêkshim, and he said: 'Create one like me.' He thought: 'Such material for the form cannot be found, I am afraid it cannot be accomplished.' Then, from the sky, a precious Vajradhara statue made of Jhêkshim, about a cubit high, appeared clearly, saying: 'This is your support. Eventually, it will go to the land of red faces (Tibet). Transform the black into white. Protect the Nagas (serpent deities) of the nomads. In the future, it will come to divide the fields with Dharma. The protectors are Mahākāla and Ekajati and the eight classes of gods and demons.' Having said this, he was very happy with the form that had become the support, and invited it. It is said that there are many stories of the form speaking many times. Later, it was given to Pal Nāropa as a support. Nāropa invited it to Pulahari Monastery and made it the main object of veneration. Once, when there was a danger of dispute among the Kashmirian Muslims (Mūstikas), it rose into the sky and remained there. Later, when the bone ornaments of Nāropa were invited by the Tibetan translator Marpa, it said: 'I will also go.' So it went to Lho Drak Bowolung and stayed there. It is said that later it went to Sakya and then returned to Bowolung. How did it come to this place? How did it come to this place? How did it come to this place?
