409 Ti-thung Dorje Chang's Catalogue: The Excellent White Lotus Tree, which Fully Contains the Essence of Wonderful Meanings 47-6-162 ༄༅། །Ti-thung Dorje Chang's Catalogue: The Excellent White Lotus Tree, which Fully Contains the Essence of Wonderful Meanings ༄། །Homage and Remembrance of Great Qualities ༄༅། །Ti-thung Dorje Chang's Catalogue: The Excellent White Lotus Tree, which Fully Contains the Essence of Wonderful Meanings, by Gyalwa Tsangyang Gyatso A. Homage and Remembrance of Great Qualities Wonderful and splendid with marks and examples, enjoying perfect enjoyment, Always delighting in the taste of union bliss and emptiness, Abandoning the extremes of peace with aimless compassion, I prostrate to the Victorious One, who possesses the seven branches. Here, the Sugatas (the gone to bliss) are the Dharmakaya (body of truth) of wisdom, which is non-dual, and they do not possess conceptualization. By the power of their aspiration prayers and the good deeds of beings, the play of the meaning of the great co-emergence of method and wisdom, E-vam, appears as the Rupakaya (form body). Showing the body, speaking the speech, acting the mind, continuously, without manifestation, showing various forms of the body. Entering through the five distinctions, it is the nature of the five wisdoms. In the pure realm, the ocean, for the beings to be tamed, as many as are appropriate, all phenomena that appear are established as the wheel of the gods, which is the Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body). Sentient beings arise from samsara, desiring nirvana, turning away from the Hinayana (lesser vehicle), making aspirations for the Mahayana (greater vehicle), proclaiming the attainment of liberation in the prediction of Bodhi (enlightenment), which is the cause of the three fruits, the self-arisen great Nirmanakaya (emanation body). As it is said: 'In the Ornament of the Sutras: The self-nature Dharma, complete enjoyment, and emanation, with their differences, this entry is the Buddha's, the realm of Dharma is extremely pure.' 'In the Uttaratantra: That division is deep and vast, and the great self-nature qualities, the ultimate distinction of Dharma, in self-nature.' And so on, entering with the three bodies. 'In the Sutra of the Grounds: The self-nature Dharma, complete enjoyment, and emanation, having different entries.' As it is said, the Buddha is the nature of the three bodies, having the nature of activity without neglecting the benefit of beings. The mind that knows the realms and faculties of as many sentient beings as there are. The body that teaches in accordance with that. The speech that ripens that many. In short, the emanation body that arises is whatever tames whatever, even the appearance of the lower realms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Similarly, countless appearances such as boats, bridges, letters, statues, and trees benefit beings. As it is said in the *Avatamsaka Sutra*: 'Even earth, water, fire, and wind serve sentient beings through the Buddhas, the Bhagavad.' And in the *Uttaratantra Shastra*: 'The realm to be tamed and the means of taming, / The taming activity of the realm to be tamed, / And going to its place and time, / The pervasive lord is always spontaneously accomplished.' And, 'In impure realms, / He shows existence as long as samsara lasts.' And, 'In a field where no Buddha has appeared, there is no image. Therefore, it is an emanation of form.' As it is said, this self-arisen Vajradhara (Rangjung Dorje Chang) should not be seen as other. However, those who are possessed by demons see even the Buddha himself as a source of faults, like a blemish. But for those with faith, like seeing the noble lord, for those whose devotion is pure in nature, it is no different from the Victorious One himself. At the beginning of recounting the history of this self-arisen Vajradhara, first, with the joy of remembering his great qualities, and first telling how I came to understand the story. How I first understood it myself. How I first understood it myself. In general, most of the sacred places known as great or blessed have reliable stories and chronicles. In central Tibet, there are also many wonderful stories about the statues, letters, and hand and foot prints that appeared on the rock face. However, in this area, there is no discussion about these. Although the monastery does not have a detailed description of the origin of this sacred object, I heard from some old people that in the past it descended from the sky onto a sandalwood tree, and later it was invited by Gelu Kyab, a descendant of the Hor people, and placed in the current statue. I have always hoped to hear more convincing historical stories about this sacred object. Every year, the monks of Tusang Dargye Ling Monastery hold a miracle month festival in front of the self-arisen Vajradhara. In the year of the Monkey (Fire Monkey year), the sponsor of Smon volunteered to donate and created a festival comparable to the Lhasa Great Prayer Festival. I also went to the festival and prayed earnestly. On the night of the second day of the month, in a state between sleep and wakefulness, I saw a black man in front of me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
