Place the rosary at the throat. May you obtain empowerment over the secret, inconceivable, inexhaustible, and adorned wheel of speech of all the Buddhas. Through the four modes of approach and accomplishment, may you gain mastery over the supreme and common siddhis. Thus, in the external, symbolic mandala, the vase empowerment is obtained. The impurities of the body are purified. One has the authority to meditate on the generation stage of appearance and emptiness. The power of accumulation is established. One is made capable of manifesting the body, the Vajra Nirmana Kaya. Secondly, the secret empowerment is: The Lama, the Great Compassionate One, in union, with the sound and light of bliss, invites all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, who enter from the crown of the head. The stream of Bodhicitta nectar, melted by the fire of great desire, arises from the secret place of the Dakini, becoming one taste with the nectar in the skull cup, and is given to the tongue. The nectar of wisdom fills the ultimate channels, purifying all obscurations, and pervading with great bliss. The nectar of the Bhaga is given. Hum! The great secret wisdom nectar, the radiance of Bodhicitta is clear, the channels
