I, Lheu Tsen, said: When inviting Guru Padmasambhava, he came to Tibet from Yangleshö, and when he came here from Mangyul La, all the gods and demons came with vows. I am a descendant of the Vidyadhara, please do not place the Eight Classes under your control, please subdue the fierce Eight Classes. You are descendants of gods and demons, do not disobey the words of Guru Padmasambhava, please accept this magnificent offering, do not violate the teachings and vows. At the spring in Tsang, all lay practitioners made vows. In detail, I am the Vidyadhara, etc., add one by one. If summarizing, it is sufficient to add it once below. At the red rock of Rutok in Nub, both male and female Gandharvas made vows. In the rich center of Turquoise Lake, both male and female lineages made vows. In the red wilderness of Nakchu, all the gods made vows. In the ocean of Matro Kungyal, all the Naga clans made vows. In the dark valley of Rudam, all plagues made vows. In the white snow mountain of Silma Tsang, both medicine gods and goddesses made vows. On the south side of Khara Snow Mountain, the twelve Tenma made vows. In the upper region of Khara in Tsang, all nomads made vows. At the three-story top of Samye Temple, all the kings made vows. At the one-legged Laba of Ngos, all the Theurang made vows. I am a descendant of the Vidyadhara, please do not place the Eight Classes under your control, please subdue the fierce Eight Classes. You are descendants of gods and demons, do not disobey the Guru's words in the past, do not break the vows of the mantra holders now, please accept this magnificent offering, please accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus, with earnest words, urge from the key points and perform the method of punishment. Then recite to the Tenma: བྷྱོ༔ (Tibetan, bhyaḥ, Sanskrit Devanagari, भ्यो, Sanskrit Romanization, bhyaḥ, Chinese literal meaning, exclamation) The twelve Tenma who protect the world of Tibet, as well as the leaders and attendants, Palden Lhamo and Yangdak She, Kongla Yubun Khyunjungma, Metok Dawa Jang Gyalma, Sertang Kunsang Shani Pal, Naga Goddess Zibar, etc., and the retinues who protect the Tenma, you are the ones who held vows in the past, Guru Padmasambhava and disciple Langchen Palseng, on the cushions laid out in the fields, placed in the ranks of the yogi assembly, also prophesied the future Buddha, conferred empowerment and placed the crown on the head, bestowed the empowerment object Vajra Kilaya, made vows on the tongue.
