Introduction to the increase in Samsara, introduction to invoking realization in the Buddhas, introduction to grasping at the empty mind. Furthermore, Orgyen Rinpoche said: "Son of noble family, all that is mind, knowing and remembering, just awareness, if examined, nothing is established. It transcends color and example, empty and vast, awareness is clear and bright. This is the original state, the essence of the Sugatas, the self-arisen awareness is called Kuntu Zangpo This has no place of first arising, the emptiness of its own nature is Dharmakaya In the middle, there is no place to dwell with substantial things, the clarity and emptiness are not established anywhere, it is the nature Sambhogakaya The self-character of going here and being certain here is not established, but the unobstructed self-power pervades all, compassion pervades all and abides in the body." Thus he said. Thus, appearance is mind, the introduction that the external is not established; the introduction that the mind is emptiness; the introduction that emptiness is not dull, but self-luminous; the introduction that the two are inseparable, the union of clarity and emptiness; the introduction that the mind is not permanent, not established as a solid form; the introduction that the mind is not one, but appears as diverse; the introduction that the mind is not different, the essence of emptiness is one; because its state cannot be expressed, it is introduced as inexpressible and inconceivable. After such an introduction, it is crucial for beginners to relax and cultivate the mind. The state of mind is to abide, it is crucial to see the nature of abiding as empty and clear, without the nature of abiding being established, by looking sharply at it. Even if the mind does not abide and runs in all directions, do not be sad thinking that I cannot meditate. By looking at the nature of one movement, the nature goes up into emptiness. If it abides a little, then leave it in that state. If it moves again, then look at its nature. By doing this to every thought that arises, if one realizes one thought as emptiness, then all thoughts are its continuation. If one sees the inside of one bamboo tube as empty, it is like knowing that the inside of all bamboo tubes is empty. Abiding or moving, or seeing how the mind is, that is awareness. Thus, these three, abiding, moving, and awareness, are the introduction for beginners. However, for those who have good fortune and have practiced before, there is also the arising of very high realization by recognizing the three, abiding, moving, and awareness. Orgyen.

Rinpoche said: The self-aware appearance is the immeasurable body. Look at the mind that is free from grasping and fixation; immeasurable appearance is not separate. The self-aware Dharmakaya is most wondrous. Unceasing, self-luminous, great compassion. Look at the mind that is beyond words; great compassion is not separate. The self-arisen Sambhogakaya is most wondrous. Thoughts and concepts are self-liberated, Padmasambhava. Rest in the state of unobstructed transparency; Padmasambhava is not separate. The self-arisen Nirmanakaya is most wondrous. Thus he said. For example, when first learning the alphabet, it starts with 'ka'. However, it is not enough to only know 'ka'. When the letters become fluent, even when reading the Kangyur and Tengyur, there are no letters that are not 'ka'. From the very beginning, action is abiding and moving. Even if one realizes without meditation, there is nothing to meditate on that is not abiding and moving, but there is an increase in experience and realization that grows ever greater. In this, the mind abiding is like this staying still, and moving is like this radiating in all directions. It is not enough to merely have this certainty. When nakedly looking at the essence of each of abiding and moving, one must see that the essence is emptiness. If one sees that, there is no difference of good or bad between abiding and moving. When abiding, it is also clear and empty, naked. When moving, it also goes freely and loosely. That is the fusion of abiding and moving. Having requested the instructions on the introduction to insight in this way, and dedicating the merit of meditating on insight for the sake of all sentient beings attaining complete enlightenment, please repeat after me with that thought. Dedicate the merit to all mother sentient beings, the six realms. Three. The uncommon occasion of the introduction to insight, that is, the seventeenth Dharma talk. Then, explaining the three, view, meditation, and action, from the root Vajra verses: Again, look inward, look at the mind. Look at the emptiness of the mind itself. All phenomena are empty like that. That great perfection meditation is looking at one's own mind. And, in its commentary it says: Again, look inward, look at your own mind. Look at the emptiness of your own mind itself. All phenomena are empty like that. The root of what is called great perfection meditation is looking at the essence of your own mind. Explaining the meaning of what was said a little more elaborately, in the Sutra of Displaying Armor it says: One should not look at emptiness with emptiness. One should not look at emptiness as separate from emptiness. Whoever looks in that way, emptiness
