Oh, since you have fully received the empowerment and transmission of the Yidam Great Compassion, you should meditate on your body as Great Compassion. Among them, those who are knowledgeable should meditate on the main deity and the retinue of seven deities; or you can alternately meditate on the main deity and the six Great Compassions who tame the six realms. If you do not know these, you can also meditate on yourself as Great Compassion, the white-colored body of the tamer of beings, with one face and four arms. The first two hands are folded in prayer, and the lower two hands hold a rosary and a lotus, seated in the vajra posture. Adorned with silk and jewels, in the heart, on a moon seat, is a white ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, surrounded by the six-syllable mantra. Meditate that the wisdom being and the samaya being are inseparable, and by reciting the six-syllable mantra, white rays of light emanate from the body, and meditate that the outer container world is the Pure Land of Sukhavati, and all the inner sentient beings become the form of Great Compassion. All sounds heard are the sound of the six-syllable mantra, and all thoughts and discriminations are the meaning of self-liberation, the Great Perfection, and in this realization, focus on the six-syllable mantra. Furthermore, the benefits of the six-syllable mantra are: In the "One Hundred and Eight Names Sutra" it says: Remembering the Holy Avalokiteshvara, reciting "ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum)", one will not be reborn in the three lower realms, and will not fall into the Avici hell. If someone gets up in the morning and recites or chants or repeats it, then all diseases such as leprosy, scabies, itching, tumors, coughs, and shortness of breath in his body will be relieved. All past lives will be remembered, and one will become like a son of the gods, and at the time of death, one will be reborn in Sukhavati. Wherever one is born, wherever one lives, one will not be separated from the Holy Avalokiteshvara. If one recites it regularly, the mind will become upright, the voice will become pleasant, and one will become proficient in all scriptures. Furthermore, in the "Lotus King Tantra" it says: The essence of all Buddhas of the three times is gathered in this, do not hesitate, strive diligently. Like a jewel in the ocean, ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum), reciting it once with devotion, one can be liberated from the diseases of hell beings. Reciting it twice, the door to the preta realm will also be closed. Reciting it three times, the animal realm will be

Beings cease. Even if the five desirable qualities are enjoyed, one remains pure, not separated from this. Even food, clothing, and drink, there is no fault in remembering these. From within the husk of rice, one takes the essence, the fruit. It is like taking flowers from the trunk of a wish-fulfilling tree. Gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, fire gods, Yama, Brahma, Indra, holders of vidyā, all outer and inner harms are pacified by reciting the king of mantras. Qualities are beyond enumeration; only the noble ones are able to count them. Thus, in the Sutra Pitaka, the arrangement of the Treasure Chest, it is said that the benefits are immeasurable. Summarizing the words and explaining the meaning clearly: The measure of all minute particles can be grasped, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. The drops of water in the great ocean can be counted one by one, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. A house of five hundred yojanas filled with sesame seeds, each seed passing through a hundred kalpas and being discarded, can eventually be exhausted, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. All the grains on the surface of the four continents, each grain from a year of good harvest, can be counted, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. For example, the drops of water from the four great rivers, including the Ganges, along with their five hundred retinues, can be counted one by one, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. Each single hair of all wild animals, birds, and predators can be counted, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. A vajra iron mountain of eighty-four thousand yojanas, even if each kalpa passes and it is wiped once with a Kashika cloth, it can eventually be exhausted, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. The outer ocean of eighty-four thousand yojanas, each drop scattered by splitting a hair into a hundred parts, can be counted, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. Each leaf of the Shiri tree forest can be counted, but the merit of reciting the six syllables once cannot be enumerated. The merit of all men, women, and children of the four continents becoming seventh-level bodhisattvas is less than the merit of reciting the six syllables once.
