I contemplate the mind. The clarity and turbidity of the mind are distinguished, revealing luminosity and emptiness. Sometimes luminosity, awareness, and emptiness appear nakedly. Thinking I have profound realization, pride arises. Certainty arises that no one can change my mind. At that time, if certainty is dominated by pride, It becomes the cause of being born in the realm of form, the abode of the gods. Looking at the essence of luminosity, it is emptiness itself. The union of luminosity and emptiness manifests as the Great Seal. Sometimes the entire body and mind are emptiness. Seeing everything as empty, I speak loftily of Dharma. Just as the empty sky cannot be stained by anything, I think that good and bad, benefit and harm, are the same whether they exist or not. If behavior is coarse and virtuous deeds are not performed, The view of emptiness becomes foolishness, the cause of falling into the lower realms. This is what is called a mistaken view of emptiness. Even seeing everything as empty in this way, One must protect the essence and strive to adopt and abandon cause and effect. Like this, the stages of experience, Sometimes lasting long, sometimes disappearing briefly, etc., Do not stay in one state, like the changing sky. After that, even if thoughts do not decrease, Even if there are many thoughts, it does not hinder meditation. Like rain falling on the ocean, meditation naturally arises. After that, there is no need to alternately practice the generation stage and the completion stage, Practice without separating from the essence of emptiness. Visualize one's own body as the form of the deity Great Compassionate One, Like a rainbow appearing in the sky. Recite the six-syllable mantra, reciting it just by hearing it. The three do not separate, it is a blissful practice. Even the time of meditation is without difficulty, Just by remembering, one arrives at the practice. This is called easy to practice. At that time, earth, stones, mountains, rocks, etc., When looked at, everything is like mist, Although each is clear, one sees that their essence is emptiness. Mind and sky are inseparable, merging into one, Thinking that where the sky pervades, the mind also pervades. Everything is mind, mind has no essence. Thinking that everything is emptiness without anything. It is not existence, there is not even a particle of substance. It is not non-existence, yet all sorts of things appear. Thinking it is neither existence nor non-existence, it is one. If one clings tightly to these with attachment, One will be lost in the four realms of the formless realm. Without making a definite decision of clinging to anything, Look naturally at the essence of whatever arises without clinging. After that, the object of observation and the observer merge into one. There is no this to observe, that to observe, this to meditate, that to meditate. There is no this is, that is, being in ordinariness.
