It's similar! Sometimes, while resting in ordinariness, a time comes when there is nothing to do. The previous bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality also disappear. Because of little learning, I think my meditation has declined. Whether the previous state will return is also uncertain, which is terrible! I wonder if it's because I'm too greedy that I don't have meditation? That is called seeing the nature, it is the realization of naked ordinary awareness. All dharmas are decided in one's own mind, and the mind is emptiness, beyond words, thoughts, and expression. Apart from resting naturally without artifice, although there is nothing to do, there are times when one becomes distracted. One cannot see one's own nature and falls into the illusion of ordinariness. Thinking that one is distracted, remorse arises and one is seized by thoughts. Before being seized by thoughts, one is ordinary; once seized by thoughts, it appears as practice. At this time, one should repeatedly remind oneself with mindfulness, and repeatedly observe, which will become clearer. Sometimes one meditates single-pointedly in solitude, and sometimes one integrates meditation into all activities. From here, all the sutras, tantras, and the words of the accomplished ones, one can understand the nature of mind by reading books. If one is diligent, one will often remember dreams; if one is not diligent, the number of times one remembers will decrease. After that, all the external world of containers and contents, although various appearances are clear and unmixed, their essence is like ice melting into water, everything is emptiness, inseparably merged with the mind. Meditation is also mind, non-meditation is also mind, mind is originally unestablished, it is emptiness. Meditation and non-meditation, distraction and non-distraction, etc., are without difference, emptiness abides and is realized from the beginning. The mind of all Buddhas and the minds of the six realms of beings are originally inseparable in essence, they are emptiness. The view, the meaning of samsara and nirvana being inseparable, is not the dry understanding from reading books and the words of the lama, but arises and flows from within one's own continuum. If one can do just that much, one has only obtained the name of "realizer." Don't think that this is so great, just speak with a mind of benefiting others, based on the small amount of experience one has. If one reveals secrets, one must confess to the deity and lama. Beyond that, if you want to obtain the basic knowledge of what you have not experienced through hearing, then look at the scriptures. Thus, all virtuous deeds, with outflows and without outflows, are like turning the horse's head with reins, cherish increasing them with the pure dedication of the three spheres. Although there are many ways to explain the purity of the three spheres, by the power of dedicating from the nature of that practice, it is easy to obtain rebirth and benefits increas

Great! Make aspirations to be born in Sukhavati! Abandon doubts about whether you will be born there or not. Certainty of being born comes from the Buddha's aspiration. When you recognize that you are wandering in the bardo, resolve to go to that pure land. From now on, keep it vividly in your mind. As soon as you remember the bardo, you will arrive. This is the sixth song of clearing away obstacles in the arising of experiences. Since the nature of the lama and your own mind are inseparable, and they are of one taste in the emptiness, the realm of Dharma, the unobstructed awareness is Lama Amitabha. By meditating on him at the crown of your head and praying, realization will increase through the power of blessings. Therefore, always meditate on the yoga of the lama. Although you realize that the yidam is a manifestation of your own mind, your own body is the form of the yidam, the Great Compassionate One. Meditate on appearance and emptiness as inseparable and recite the six-syllable mantra. This is the auspicious connection for obtaining the seed of the form body, and it is the teaching of the secret mantra of the union of generation and completion stages. Although the nature of the six types of sentient beings is not established, out of great love and compassion that arises spontaneously for sentient beings who must wander in samsara, inhale the sins and sufferings of the six types of sentient beings with your breath and dissolve them all into yourself. Meditate on all sentient beings being free from suffering. Whatever merit and virtue you have, exhale it along with your breath and dissolve it into beings. Meditate on all beings obtaining immeasurable happiness. This is an indispensable method for attaining Buddhahood. Giving and taking is the essence of the profound Dharma. In the morning and evening, gaze at the rays of the sun with dim eyes, and rainbows of light will appear. Drops, particles, letters, and the forms of deities will appear. Blend this with the practice of recognizing the nature of mind and look. You will see the Sambhogakaya pure land of clarity and emptiness inseparable. This is not just remaining in intellectual speculation, but it is the profound key point of Dzogchen that allows you to see directly. This is the seventh song of increasing experience. Emaho! The meaning of relying on the lama and practicing the sacred Dharma is that you must be ready to face death. Otherwise, if an enemy appears and your mind is lost, you will be at a loss. Since you do not know when you will die, always keep it in mind. Whether attachment is big or small, if you are attached, you will be bound. If you need to transform your innate flesh and bones, then attachment to relatives and wealth is like being without a mind. Offer your relatives, friends, wealth, possessions, and your own body to the lama and the Three Jewels with your mind.
