My body is in the mandala of the deity, such as Chakrasamvara, Guhyasamaja, and Kagyud, all the unsurpassed tantras are extensively taught. In short, the five aggregates are the five families, the five elements, the five mothers, the eight consciousnesses, and the eight bodhisattvas. The eight places and eight consorts are the same in both the old and new traditions. In particular, the forty-two peaceful deities in the center of the heart, the assembly of pure vidyadharas in the throat, and the fifty-eight blood-drinking deities in the brain, actually reside as channels, winds, and bindus. Thus, since the heart and eye channels are connected, rainbows and bindus appear in the Dzogchen sky. At the time of death, the assembly of deities of the body leave the body and actually appear filling the sky and space. If one does not recognize them as deities, one sees them as Yama, and fear and terror arise, causing fainting and falling into the lower realms. For example, on a dangerous road where there is great fear of enemies, one runs away thinking that anyone who does not come to greet them is an enemy. If one is chased afterwards, one sees them as chasing and becomes afraid. If one recognizes them, one is happy without fear. If one recognizes the yidam as the yidam, one can travel to the pure land. For this reason, one should practice familiarization now, looking at thögal bindus and subtle bindus. For example, even though silver ore is silver, it is useless if it is not smelted and refined. Even if one knows that one's own body is the mandala of the yidam deity, it is not enough to just know it; one must accomplish it through meditation. For example, even though milk is pervaded with butter, it will not turn into butter if it is not churned. Even if one understands that one's own mind is Buddha, one will not become Buddha without meditation. Understand this meaning and put it into practice. Although there are many yidams, the noble Avalokiteśvara is the yidam of all yidams, the deity of the Tibetan people. Although there are many elaborate and concise generation stage practices, this one is easy to practice and easy to understand. Therefore, visualize your own body as the form of the Great Compassionate One, white with one face and four arms as described in the scriptures. In the center of the heart, on a white lotus with six petals, in the center is HRIH (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: 啥), and six syllables on the six petals. All of them standing upright, visualize them as dazzling and radiant. The syllable HRIH (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal Chinese meaning: 啥) does not move, and the six syllables rotate to the right. From them, rays of light emanate, shining in the ten directions, making offerings to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. Everything transforms into the form of the Great Compassionate One, descending like rain and dissolving into oneself. Again, rays of light emanate from the six syllables, purifying all the sins and obscurations of the six types of sentient beings. Everything transforms into the Great Compassionate One.

Having become the embodiment of Padmasambhava, Everyone hums the six-syllable mantra. Transforming the vessel world into the realm of great bliss. Sometimes, focus single-pointedly on Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥). If the mind does not wander and remains for a long time, It is the union of the generation and completion stages with characteristics of calm abiding. Then, looking at the mind of such a meditator with a "Hrig," everything meditated upon vanishes into emptiness. The mind has no form, color, or substance. It is not outside, inside, or in between the body. Even if searched in all ten directions, there is no substance. It has no birth, no place to stay, and nowhere to go. It is not that it does not exist; one's own mind is clear and bright. It is not just one; all sorts of things arise. It is not different; everything is of one essence. No one knows how to describe its essence. If described in similar terms, there is no end to the descriptions. Its names are mind-essence, self, and the basis of all, etc. Although many terms and names have been given, In essence, it is just this present awareness. The root of all samsara and nirvana is this itself. Attaining Buddhahood, falling into the lower realms, Wandering in the bardo, good and bad rebirths, Hatred, anger, desire, attachment, Faith, pure perception, love, and compassion, Experiences, realizations, qualities, and attainment of bhumis and paths, etc. All these are done by this very mind-essence. This is the root of all bondage and the basis of accumulation, Like cutting the life-force, all faculties cease. Whoever realizes this meaning and puts it into practice, There is no dharma that is not included in it. There is nothing to meditate on here, It is enough to look at its own nature without distraction. Without hoping for good or fearing danger, Without thinking whether it is or is not, Whether it stays or moves, whether it is clear or unclear, Whatever arises, look at its essence with a "Hrig." During the actual time of meditating like that, Staying without distraction is staying, Not staying and running in all ten directions is moving. Whatever arises, staying or moving, recognize it with awareness, Although they appear separately, their essence is one. Staying is the Dharmakaya, moving is the Nirmanakaya, Awareness is the Sambhogakaya, inseparable is the essence itself. It is the cause or seed for accomplishing the three kayas. Thus, there is no good or bad in staying and moving. Therefore, do not make choices; rest in whatever arises. At first, look repeatedly for short periods of time, Then gradually look for longer periods of time. For beginners, forcefully training in the generation and completion stages
